Today is Hibiki's today, and I always love Hibiki since I've became The iDOLM@STER fan in 2012 - 2013. She is not only my favorite idol in the franchise, but she's my favorite in anime history. I know that I've been totally biased for her, since she is my favorite idol after all, but there have been many things that have made her lovable and almost nothing that have not. She has a cute fang and a long black haired ponytail, which is a type of look that I really love, and she always looks fantastic in a bikini. To me, she has the best idol outfit of all of the 765Pro idols, because I really love idol outfits that consist pants and midriff-baring tank tops, and Hibiki looks really nice in those outfits. Hibiki personality is energetic, just like Yayoi's, yet she's also friendly & caring to her friends & pets. She takes rivalry seriously, especially when she gets into a relationship with Makoto, like when they both swim at the beach, they get to race each other at the end. Hibiki's best friend is Takane Shijou, who is a calm, mysterious girl, while Hibiki is energetic. Takane & Hibiki is my favorite pairing after all.
But perhaps my favorite part about Hibiki is that she adores animals with her heart, and she owns a wide variety of pets like a hamster, a chipmunk, a dog, a rabbit, and even an alligator. Her hamster, named Hamazou, has even appeared many episodes in the anime of the original iM@S, & often sits on Hibiki's head or one of her shoulders. Believe it or not, Hamazou has been voiced by the same voice actress who has voiced Haruka Amami. Back to Hibiki, she also has her Saint Bernard, whose name is Inumi, & Hibiki has been communicating with that dog since she has owned her. Hibiki's ability to communicate with animals was thanks to herself being born in Okinawa, but either way, her love and care for animals is what has mattered the most, and that's what makes me love her.
Hibiki's voice is high-pitched, but very upbeat and cute, as well as being able to sing within a lower-pitched tone, thanks to Manami Numakura, an amazing voice actress who has such an incredible range, and she has sung alot of great songs like Trial Dance, Tip Taps Tip, Dream, Nada Sousou, and so much more. Not to mention, Manami is just as beautiful as her character. Hibiki is has been without a doubt my favorite idol in not only in The iM@S, but also in the whole idol anime universe.

Hibiki is an energetic girl from Okinawa. With the trademark sunniness of an Okinawan, Hibiki is very open and friendly, perhaps loud sometimes. She presents herself as very confident, often describing herself as 'perfect', though her claims are often soon challenged by situations that catch-her off-guard. She is a great lover of animals and owns around 12 pets, ranging from more conventional ones like dogs and cats, to snakes and alligators. In particular she is rarely seen without her hamster Hamuzou. Hibiki refers to her pets as her precious family and often speaks about and interacts with them as if they were her younger siblings. Hibiki is also quick to make friends with animals she has never seen before, often giving them a new name upon befriending them, regardless of whether or not they already had one. She has even befriended bears & sharks.
Hibiki is also good at singing, but is known to be an especially talented dancer even among the All Stars, rivaling that of Makoto's who she has a competitive rivalry with. Hibiki also happens to be quite emotional at times, and cries surprisingly easily, whether being moved to tears, or distraught at losing one of her pets for example. She takes great pride in her Okinawan heritage, often touting her sata andagi, and occasionally gets homesick, so she greatly enjoys things that remind her of home. Hibiki gets along well with the energetic & dance-oriented idols in Million Stars like Tamaki.
Hibiki's signature songs are Rebellion and smiley days. Her hobbies are knitting and table tennis. She's particularly good at housework as she lives by herself while taking care of all her fellow pets.
