Napansin ko nga din. Laging north and south lang yung unahan then east and west yung sa minutes
using cardinal lines po sir we always use major line from north or south
how do you plot if the lot is oriented in exact north direction?
point 1-2 is N 0deg 0' ? is the bearing correct?
