- A friend of mine shared a link with me of the konkani song "Tum ani Hanv" i heard it was originally composed by Francisco Fernandes; from the Album : Moji Mogachi Maim and the Music Arrangement was done by Emiliano D'cruz. Kudos to this team. It's really a beautiful heart touching song.
I fell in love with this melody and spontaneously words flowed from my heart on to the paper and this song was born. My heart was weighed down reading about various attacks on priests and churches in recent times and from my own experiences too so the words just came out in the form of a song. I am myself surprised that I wrote these lyrics.
I am immensely grateful to my friend Boney Viegas from Doha Qatar who helped me initially to set the music to these lyrics. It was later polished and made perfect in the studio of Mr. Aliston Carvallo. I also thank Sr. Sandra for making this video possible.

Fr. Nelson beautiful and touching lyrics - brought tears in my ears. I never speak n I don't encourage anyone to speak bad about priests. It's a hard life to be without family, having to face all problems and sufferings single handed. And human as they are, there are chances of making mistakes just as we lay people do too. So many priests especially those serving God's people in remote areas face dreadful challenges eg. Fr. Stan & many others. GOD BLESS ALL OUR PRIESTS AND PROTECT THEM.
