I always think that the chosen nomenclature is not appropriate, it should be called, store coordinates. I think software has a lot to evolve in terms of interface usability. It's incredible how developers don't give a shit about this.
I can't get FBX exports to respect frozen transforms - the exported objects just revert to the unfrozen settings. Do you know if there is a trick to get this to work? I have a rig scaled to 100 and want it to be scaled to 1 but to retain the same size.
