- Dimapur District GB Association President, K. Hokuto Zhimomi Addresses On Kayum Talukdar’s Case As Well As Joel Naga’s Statement On The Issue. Hokuto Stated That Inorder To Overlook Kayum’s Case, The Association Has Constituted 5 Member Fact Finding Team And If The Committee Finds Any Wrongdoings By Kayum Then He Will Be Removed As GB Asserted Hokuto. In Regard To Joel Naga Statement, Hokuto Expresses Dismay And Stated That The Association Has Issued 14-Days Show Cause Notice To Joel Inorder To Clarify His Statement.

Obviously under article 371(A) there will be a urban and rural GB attached to the district administration and village council ( which is like the panchayat system in other states) but here the main thing is that non indigenous should not be appointed as GB which is much disappointment for Naga societies....
