These are amazing I make my meat and veg samosa a similar way you can literally put almost anything In them I've tried ones with chocolate and banana also for a twist they came out very good also
In South Africa, we have a version called a samoosa (instead of samosa with 1 o). It was brought to South Africa from India (we have a rather large Indian community) and there are so many different types of fillings.... Curry mince, chicken, vegetarian, cheese.... I've even tried a crayfish (lobster) one. Often they come as small, street food/snack sized samoosas, but there are also larger ones as well
