I love your videos and they were helpful in my mission for a new vacuum. I only spent $150 despite a $350 budget and I’ll tell you why. One thing vacuum reviewers aren’t able to test is longevity of regular usage. I selected my competitors (mostly Shark and Dysons that were on great sales recently) and sorted Amazon reviews by 3 stars and below, totaled them and counted how many referenced poor battery life, loss of suction, or dying entirely. I noticed that regardless of brand: cordless vacuums almost never last over 3 years. Consumer Reports even says as much. I ultimately chose a Black and Decker Powerseries+ Max for $149. I’m impressed it has autosense, great agitation and the biggest selling point: the inexpensive and easy to replace battery. Being able to easily have a backup battery resolves the runtime issue and this model’s less favorable reviews (weren’t many) referenced battery life but unlike others: no major malfunctions. I will say I researched 5 different models of Shark cordless vacuums and they all appear to have major issues with ceasing function after anywhere from a few months to a couple of years. It has really turned me off to the brand.
Thanks for your input!
How do you like your black and decker?
Thank you cause you just sold me!
Is it still working well?
Thanks! I have a few black and decker 20v tools already (they get hated on but work great for me just around the house a few times a year) so this is even better I have a couple Batteries already. Just ordered a 20v power series+ for $99 on Amazon
Excellent review quality and very informative keep up the good works
excellent review! thanks!
Please do more of these budget amazon vacuums!
I’ll do another round next year. A lot of them are pretty similar, so I’ll take a slightly different angle next time
Nice B&W home theater but I'm curious about the smaller stereo pair on the table and man the HDTV is high up on that wall
The smaller speakers are also B&W. Maybe 15 years old?
I have a challenge I’ve been trying to get help with from y’all vacuum tubers: can you find us the best CORDED vacuum for carpeted stairs?
Let me explain: standard uprights are obviously too bulky to wield on a staircase, any attachments for any type of vacuum are all unpowered vacuum heads, and cordless vacuums not only have too small a waste bin but there’s also the inevitable battery failure as all rechargeable batteries WILL fail one day.
What I’m looking for is something like a stick vacuum that I can use the main powered vacuum head on the stairs. The reason I want the powered head is that unpowered attachments simply cannot compete with a motorized vacuum head on carpet. Bonus if the end can lock in its flat position to make it easier to do the side of each stair, or even better can use the head on the base without the stick in between
Hope y’all can help!
Maybe a canister style vac? It depends on how long your flight of stairs is. Or something like a Shark amzn.to/3QYiHVw
@@vacuumnerds I actually tried this model, my issue was the head doesn’t lock into a flat position, nor can it connect directly to the canister without the stick, making it rather tedious needing to keep a hand on the head to push it against the side of the stairs
Would like to know what is the best cordless vacuum for pet hair don't mind paying more if it works so many choices most recomend Shark or Dyson what is your recomendation?
For pet hair, if you have mostly hard floors, I think the Dyson V11 Animal amzn.to/47v7jqb is great or the Shark Stratos amzn.to/3sUJFnO for less money. The Dyson has a powered pet hair tool which is really good.
Thanks 🙏
Which you recommended for wet and dry vacuum cordless?
Tineco iFloor 3 is decent amzn.to/4ag1myS
Can you test the Prettycare Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner Lightweight for Carpet Floor Pet Hair W200? It’s $100 to $80.
It’s going to have very similar performance to the model we tested. A lot of these vacuums are built in the same factory.
The return of Ryan 1:00!
Trying really hard to find tranquility!
Proscenic p12 or honiture s14?
Those vacuums are around $200 and beyond the price point I set for this video.
Whats the best for all vinyal flooring?
The surface doesn't matter too much. All hard floors in a home are pretty similar to clean.
Can you test more robot vacuums
I have 2 coming up next month
Ok thank you for your comment
What do you think of the HOMPANY Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, 500W/40Kpa Stick Vacuum with Touch Screen, Max 60 Mins Runtime, Anti-Tangle Vacuum?
I have not tested it

It is my native language 😊
I like cord vacuums as they have more power and works for long years. Cord vacuums are my good old girls.
Nothing wrong with corded, they are just a bit less convenient. Corded gives you the most power for carpets. Cordless are awesome for quick pickup and especially stairs.
It should be well known that companies will bifurcate into another company at times. That way, they can double there market rech and thus increase their profits substantially. They make up the dumbest names because they don't give a flying F@$# about what the cheaper model ia called....😂
There are some vacuums I’ve bought that have parts completely interchangeable with others
@@vacuumnerds exactly 😂. It's kind of messed up because it gives the illusion of a diverse economy.
Wait who the F won???
The Black and Decker is the best of this lot, but I’d still recommend one with a sealed canister like the ones listed at the bottom of the description.
@@vacuumnerdswhich sealed one is best ?
Thanks for the video. But man. Hard to trust these review videos. It’s all scams
None of these have a proper sealed canister, but people asked for this video. I bought them all, save for the TMA.
Personally, I’d spend more and get a higher quality product that’s sealed like a Shark, Dyson, Hoover, Tineco etc.
This video was not helpful
What would have made it more helpful if you don't mind me asking?
To much information, giving the cheeper variant options make it more complicated for a buy decision.
The video was fine. Stop being a useless troll.
