That Lucifer with the fish bouquet could be from Cinderella II. He tries to go on a date with a fluffy white cat whose name I can't remember. The mice help him dress. Super cute.

Of the Disney movies set in France, Cinderella and Aristocats are the only ones with cats in them. They easily could have included more of Marie's brothers, Duchess, Thomas O'Mally and the rest of the cats from the band. It would have made for a larger collection though.
Other movies set in France include Beauty and the Beast, The Hunchback of Notredame, Ratatouille, Sleeping Beauty, Cars 2, The Muppets, and Monsters Inc.
They could've added Oliver from Oliver & Company and the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, too

Pepperoni is ok to give to cats as long as its not in excess. I have 2 cats who eat weird things like chips and such. But they don't like chicken, fish or anything you'd think a cat would eat lol they also don't eat wet food, they are strange cats.

Pepperoni is so bad for cats, they really only need a meat based diet but not greasy meats like pepperoni. This could be why Jack looks to be pretty overweight if he’s allowed lots of treats and people food.
