How to Build the ULTIMATE 4K Gaming PC: 1. Wait 5-6 years. 2. Make sure 4K is the new standard. 3. Buy ANY mid-range GPU, ANY mid-range CPU, ANY mid-range motherboard, RAM, PSU, case, etc. and build your PC. This is like trying to build a 1080p gaming PC in 2006. It was possible back then just like a 4K gaming rig is now with ultra high-end parts. Back then, you had to drop at least a couple thousand dollars on just the bare-bone PC components to get decent frame rates in the few 1080p games that were out. The best thing to do, even if you have a shit load of disposable income, is to just wait until 4K is the new standard HD gaming resolution and until you don't need 2x or 3x $600 GPUs and a $600 CPU just to get barely 30 FPS in a 4K game on a single monitor. Unless you are a professional photographer or something, 4K just doesn't make sense even for the wealthy gamer.
By then there will probably be 8k. To me 4k isn't worth investing in yet. But in a few years it will be the standard, but most likely there will be 8k or something.
JordanTheYTGuy Actually, there already is 8K, but it isn't for sale yet: (www.engadget.com/2014/09/04/lg-8k-tv/), many companies are currently working on it: (www.engadget.com/tag/8k/) By the time 4K is the standard and all of our TV channels, movies and games are displayed in it, there could be any number of even higher resolutions being developed or on the market. Right now, the best resolution to build your gaming PC around is 1080p which is achievable with a single reasonably priced GPU such as a GTX 750ti. Or, if you want something prettier, go with 1440p. 4K just doesn't make sense for gaming right now or for the next few years unless it can be achieved with a single GPU that costs less than $300. By the time everything is displayed in 4K or whatever UHD resolution is the next standard, you will be able to play those games on a PC using a single $120 GPU and use WAY less power than 2x GTX 780tis in SLI. If you choose 8K at that point you would need to spend more than 10x that $120 on GPUs alone much like you would have to do today if you want 4K. Look at the rig in this video. When it was made, those 2x GTX 780tis cost nearly $600 each and were $700 at launch. You need TWO of them to get barely 30 FPS in a 4K game. Now, the GTX 980 is the top GPU and even it can barely give you 30 FPS in a 4K PC game and they are a huge improvement over Kepler and currently cost $600 each as well. It is all about price and power efficiency as well as the actual availability of games that allow you to play in 4K in the first place, not just the fact that we have the technology. 100+ years ago, the fastest cars in the world were slower than my grandma's 2004 Camry - the land speed record for a gasoline powered car stood at around 91 MPH in 1904 and was held by Henry Ford. Now, a car with performance like that makes sense for the average driver because they are cheap, dependable, safe, not to mention extremely efficient and achievable with a tiny 2 liter 4 cylinder motor and we have modern paved roads everywhere. Back then, for a car to do 91 MPH, you needed a large 19 liter engine and a frozen lake. Just because 91 MPH was possible in 1904 didn't mean everyone had to have a car that could go that fast. Just because 4K is out now doesn't mean your PC needs to be able to use it now. And just because 8K is out a few years from now doesn't mean you need it then.
I saw another video with this same guy where he tried playing Crysis 3 on a 4K monitor using 3 GTX Titan graphics cards in Triple SLI and it still wouldn't run at an even close to playable rate on ultra settings even with that much GPU power. Maybe it would run using 3 $3,000 dual-GPU Titan-Z cards?
MilitantAntiTheist LOL. Probably 3x Titan Zs all running @ PCIe 3.0 x16 thanks to a PLX chip on a dual CPU LGA 2011 server motherboard with two 12-core Xeon E5-2697 v2 CPUs and 64GB of RAM. Yeah, you only need a $17,000 PC with 24 cores, 48 threads and 17,280 CUDA cores that uses about as much electricity as a Tesla S to run Crysis 3 maxed out in 4K on a single monitor. Very wise investment.
What about...3x Asus Aries III? Lol kind of over kill.
Is this a good build?
Case: Cardboard box made by your mom
CPU: A burnt toast
Graphic Card: A pair of a nerd's glasses
OS: Potato OS
HDD: A folder to store my work
Motherboard: My old shoe
Cooler: non cause i can't afford

Your mom makes cardboard?
SuperAwesomeMan That build will get you plenty of bitches my friend.
Dream, it will certainly out beat any present day computer surely.
SuperAwesomeMan By far. I gotta step my game up
ThaDreamMerchant Obviously, I mean this can run 10k resolution games at 60fps

lol gg
LOL SAME
Going to sell all my consoles and use all of my Christmas money
lol pretty much
dude i made a list of desktop parts for next year
I was recommended this in 2019 and just figured out that it was from 2014
REZ- Reviews and More! Well haha im here in 2020 for exactly the same reason...whatching this on my dual 4k monitor setup
Same haha i got so confused when he had like dual 790 ti or whatever it was
I searcged for it
Got recommended this in 2021😂
2022 😆
Any other poor fellows here who can't afford this 'Alien-technology-gaming' rig shit and just here for the knowledge and how cool it looks?
just looking at how to build rigs
this "alien-technology" used here is now cheap as fuck, you can buy everything shown for dirt cheap pricing now
superclaw900 How much according to you?
780 ti: you can find for $150 or less (same price as a budget card).
4930k: still relatively expensive but can be found at $260 (less than half of what it was new)
32gb ram: fast ram that is >2000mhz at ddr3 can be found used under $100
asus x79: can again be found used for MUCH less than it was new.
ssd storage: is cheap now
psu: still need to buy a good psu which depends on you
I'm just here to look at my "future" setup. 2020 (or later). Here I come.
Can this run minecraft at tiny render distance on a super flat world looking up at the sky with no background programs?
Hmm I think you'd only get 2fps
I agree
If you use razer game booster you might get extra 3 fps.
Possibly
I think the power supply wont be able to handle it and explode.
Anyone else wanna see a remake of this video
this was just 2 years ago... 780ti was the flagship... then the 980ti and already the 1080 came out jeez!
and then there's me who's saving up for a pc which I'm planning to build in may/June 2017 with a gtx 750ti
goonber Lmao get a GTX 1060 or a GTX 1050
Hah yeah and you can get the same frames @4k with a single 1070 OC'd that gets powerd by a single 8pin. Kinda funny
im going to get a 1050 ti. any reason as to why the 1050 ti is so cheap?? gtx 750 ti costs £125 and gtx 1050ti costs £144.99
i cant spend too much on my pc because its my first build and i need to buy some monitors and a desk and chair and everything yet
the pricepoint would be nice in these vids
+DummyUrD If you read the description, its that area between the video and the comment box where you shitpost, there is an entire list of amazon links for prices.
linustechtips.com/main/topic/166464-parts-list-for-ultimate-4k-gaming-pc-build-guide/
True
+Alexander Olener but it is an older build so it is probably better pricing now
+DummyUrD I just checked from his link. Now I didn't care enough to really check everything, but it looks like its around $2,500 without the monitor, mouse, or keyboard. I could be off though so if someone wants to correct me go for it.
Yes I did some checking myself, depending on your location it is in that ballpark
This specific video got me into LTT back in the day, when I was a mere 15 year old dreaming of the day I could build such a cool computer. Honestly this video might be the reason I'm in the computer space at all instead of playing Xbox still. What a world.
Im still play games at 1080p full hd with my pc lol.. i didnt mind at all.. as long im enjoy playing a games.. bcause i dont even had a much free time due to working at all day..
8:48... how the times have changed!
I remember the first time I watched this video. I got sick of having a basic pc and decided to build my own and this was the first video I watched and what inspired me to start building.
wow that's such a cute story
Awesome now i can run minecraft in 4k 120 fps!
lol
Mine craft is shit.
QTLuv and this is where peanut says. "Yeeerrrruumm"
Benjamin Gahan i jus jk i dont even play minecraft lol
The Joeker minecraft is 4 pus*yes like u
That looks absolutely amazing, nice editing too. :) Thanks for this very informative video. The best.
yeah and im glad this 4k build only costs $4000
elitehero34 $4000 is something I......... nevermind
linus it is :D
Funny how i run into Lo's comments on pretty much all of the youtube videos i watch....small world indeed ^_^
you come a long way now with ur rig @lorelynf
5 years and I'm still watching this. This video has that little something that makes it perfect 👌
Beautiful build!
Man those sweet zoom blur transitions are awesome! GG Edzel.
Great build guide, I learn something new every time :D
Can it run club penguin at 10 fps ?
nope, its too weak
DKC - US2, Geometry Dash well then that was a wraste of money :(
+Danne Palle waste*
WTF Dude?
Of Course Not.
Yeah sry man but not even this card can play club penguin. Maybe they will make a better card in the future...
Was surprised to see the same case I use, it's a fantastic case and I love it. On a sidenote, fantastic videos guys keep it up over there.
awesome video man
I want to see a VR build! I mean it. I am really thinking about going VR for . . . development purposes . . . yeah development purposes.
VR porn... What? 😅😏
+ImDJaay No ಠ_ಠ
Don't have one . . . yet. I am more of a saver for what I want rather than go by what I want at the time
pcpartpicker.com/list/gpHRBP
you can always configure this build to your liking.
And i added good KB/M because you will probbably also play other games.
+StatTrak Fedora you're commenting everywhere. I just saw your snooty comment on the test bench video.
You really need to make a build which can run Minecraft cos common is this a joke, Minecraft can't even load on this
Atif Khan minecraft is the reason why so much kids have down syndrome, autism, and are obese.
saiftakrim10101 and we didnt bother your autistic little mind
guys i think just trying to get a reply out people
1/20 chance u got this PC so shut ur fucking mouth a shitty laptop can run minecraft
Adolf Normie because its next to you
Super cool video, thank you so much!
This is your best video.
Hands down 10/10 in content .
Oh crap its outdated.
It would be a good to put all the components in the description, so when people will search for parts on CZcams, they will also find this video that includes a build with the part they've searched.
Great job guys! What do you think will be the time it takes until you will need to upgrade some parts? 2-3 years for a new GPU?
linustechtips.com/main/topic/166464-parts-list-for-ultimate-4k-gaming-pc-build-guide/
they did put it in the description
I mean the CZcams description. It helps for SEO.
I'd love to see a pcpartpicker link for each build as well
That random filler at the 25 min mark felt like a good easter egg. Thanks for this in depth build guide with superb editing and great visuals.
I have been +1 by Edzel Yago. This is a good day! :)
Thanks Linus! This vid is much needed for alot of people now I know i did. allot of people are not heavy tech inclined, or just learning. I have built five computers thanks to vids like yours. (About all I ever watch.} You explain things very well, Thanks again!
Omg, I'm loving the text in this video, I don't even know how the person who edited it got this to track the scene
This video has a lot more subtle video editing in it, a lot of it quirky. I'm loving it, and appreciate the work I know went into it. How long did you spend motion tracking? :p
It also goes a lot more in-depth than previous videos. A good example is the RAM demonstration, how he explains exactly how to put it in and all.
And the explanation for each part, *each and every part*, is very welcome.
This is the first build guide that was fully scripted and shot listed beginning to end before we started production. We also did all B-roll as we went instead of doing the main shot, undoing the work, then taking B-roll of it.
It took a lot longer to prepare, but I believe the end result is totally worth it. This is our best build guide yet.
LinusTechTips I absolutely agree. It's the little things, and you guys went microscopic. I love the professionalism mixed with an approachable quirkiness. I'm looking into applying for a job at a retailer soon, just graduated, and making tech videos myself, and I'd like you to know that you're a huge part of "why". I really don't like the sit-on-a-couch and talk-about-the-product-features-you-can-see-on-the-box approach, because, it's an UN-boxing. Take it away from the box and tell us how the damn thing applies in the real world; You do that. Cheers, Linus.
LinusTechTips i'm noob at pc stuff. why you choose nvidia reference card instead of evga or msi or asus?
as there an advantage of it??
Btw the editing on this video is so damn EPIC!!!
fahad bin shuwaysh sorry I'm not Linus , but I think he used the reference ones because of the blower style cooling and when those are put in sli they push the warm air outside of the case keeping the tempretures in the case low + the reference cards of gtx 780/780 ti actually overclock better that the reference ones in Linus' expirience
i see
how about if i buy 2 gtx 780ti one is evga with acx cooling and the 2nd one is the reference card. is this a good idea?
You guys should definitely do a reboot of this episode using the newer hardware that's available or when the Pascal line launches.
keepin this in mind
Wow, This was a great video. Thank you very much!!
I searched youtube for "dumb pc rigs" and this was the 3rd suggestion.
Wow
he's actually telling the truth
I got 2nd...
+Stalker- San 2nd
+itube141 haha wow
The editing of this video was top notch.
forever will be my favourite linus video..
AMAZING VIDEO!!!
I wish Linus would focus on budget gaming more. Most of his content seems to focus on high end hardware.
I'd love to see more high end. Budget, imo, is boring. Also I would love to see more water cooling parts like blocks and rads overview.
Because there is much more to talk about in high end range.
Who cares about budget gaming? there's not much too it, just bleh.
same thing just replace it with lower performing products?! Why bother building rigs that won't produce good looking gameplay at a reasonable frame rate. Low/Mid tier stuff isn't interesting to most folks regardless of their budget concerns.
budget gaming is pretty much all the same... 8 gb ram, i5 4670 or fx 6300, r9 270x or gtx 760/750, ssd if you want, hard drive is up to you.
Linus I hope you see this! This build is what my pc is based off and I am still running to this day. I was doing it on a budget purchasing parts on ebay. I was in school when this video was released.
I started with SLI 780Tis and then went to SLI 980Tis. I am now running an RTX 3090 in here.
To this day it still holds up running windows 11 overclocked i7 4930k, the ripjaws ram and I did also swap out the PSU for the V1000 as I ran into the V850 being overwhelmed and shutting down my system when running the 3090. I didn’t expect this but it did.
Overall this build is a mint build to this day with modifications made to it over the years. I know I am CPU bottlenecked with the 3090 but we live on.
Thank you very much Linus for making this pc for me and allowing my own customisations as times have changed!
I like these useful guides
you doing great job man... i like it... very good...
I think it would probably be better to use a 1440p monitor with is so you can have decent frame rates and AA. Hardware just isn't up to par for native 4k yet and this rig is around $4000.
And the cost of the monitor, which is plenty
A) AA isn't as needed on at higher resolutions.
B) AA is overrated. Larger performance impact for minimal quality improvement. Really edges are that important? At best it improves a fraction of a percentage of the overall image.
Pull out one 780ti and you'll still max out games with AA in 1440p.
Alegiance not at 60 fps you won't. Google some benchmarks.
tmar23 you still need AA even at 4k. You can definitely notice the jagged edges, AA is simply a must even if it is only FXAA.
But does it run minesweeper?
it can run it at 2 FPS
+DaMonstah that is if your lucky i cant even load it up :/
***** take a joke, you cow
***** OINK
***** OINK?
Brilliant video
It's really admirable and useful
Can I play solitaire with this?
+Al-mujahedeen Salahadeen what are you, nuts!?
Still got my 95" pc
+Al-mujahedeen Salahadeen yes. you can even play minesweeper
+Killuminati Hail mary really? Even at max settings?
Im Zayzier yes. even in 4k
The kid is so lucky to have Linus as a daddy lol
Imagine if he turns out to be a peasant? lol.
THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING TIPS!!!
holy crap, this is the first LTT video i ever watched, and now i actually found it again
Why not the 295X2?
***** Why would that be a troll?
The 295X2 is cheaper then a 780Ti. And performs better at 4K.
Thats legit, its a better 4K performer and has water cooling.
***** G-sync? PhysX? etc That's a reason I went with my 780.
probably because they had some 780tis lying around or they didn't have access to a r9 295x2
V-Ram Bottleneck you need at last 6 Gigs if Linus used 780's intead of Titan's he made up mistake, sorry no time to watch video. Oh and a 290x's 8 GIGS could go as well.
before you start thinking about it, the cost is about 3 250$.. yeah
Yeah, no thanks. I'm fine without 4K.
I feel sorry for yall. My GPU can do 4K and its a msi 1050ti
Don't be. Again, I'm fine without 4k because in all honesty, I don't need it. Besides, I'd rather not spend a shit load of money on a 4k monitor, when I can get two monitors capable of 1080p for under 100 dollars.
1050ti cant do 4k unless you're fine with low settings at barely playable fps
Game Master 4K 10 fps
Not sure why this one popped up in the recs, but when it said 8 years old, I figured I should give it a watch.
Then it started and I had to triple check that it was actually an LTT vid. Gotten so used to the modern openings to videos.
amazing how quick tech moves foward, with m.2/pascal/intel 750 pciE cardsl etc
Linus, the 80's would like their ear rings back.
lol edzel talking about the hardline beta in the tiny text in the credits...
It seems I did not blur the text quite enough. Also, I got into the beta by asking EA live support. It's $69.99 (CAD price) for a mod. Fun but not worth it.
The first LTT video i watched. damn time flew by quickly
Linus you should refer to this video one day, it will make a nice throw back
I would have thought that, nowadays, two GTX 970's are a superior solution due to their comparable performance with the 780ti's, significantly lower power consumption and better price. Not to mention the additional gig of VRAM that they provide.
Also, I would probably swap out the processor / motherboard combo with the X99 Deluxe from Asus and the 5820k. RAM would obviously need to be changed to accommodate this (DDR4) and personally I feel safer with an air cooler, so I'd go with a Noctua NH-D14. I'm also personally a big fan of Crucial and their MX100 SSD's, for me, offer better value with 2 512GB variants in RAID 0.
Power supply is fine, love the fan choice, and the case is also outstanding.
Just my thoughts on the build a few months on... would anyone else make any changes?
This is before the 970 and x99 were released.
Personal_Penguin I know, hence why I said that these are my thoughts on the build 'a few months on'.
A gtx 970 can't even come close to a 780 ti , I think you meant gtx 780. Remember, 780 ti has 2,880 cuda cores, 780 has 2,303 cuda cores, and a 970 has around 1600 but because of the architecture running on maxwell it's about equal to a 780's 2303. But it's not even close to a 780 Ti
Safwat Khan ***** What on earth do you both mean? A 970 is roughly the same performance as a 780ti and even surpasses it when overclocked. Not to mention the extra GB of VRAM, which is absolutely essentially for additional stability when it comes to gaming at 4K. Add to that the superior power efficiency and pricing, and the 780ti is, at this point, irrelevant when it comes to this build as far as I can see.
Need evidence of the performance similarities? Here: www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2014/09/19/nvidia-geforce-gtx-970-review/12
Look at other websites for benchmarks and you'll see that this is no fluke. An overclocked 970 can also beat out a 980 stock. Not everyone on the internet is terribly misinformed, you know.
***** Do the numbers not speak for themselves? What argument do you have? I'm not trying to flame war here, I'm just perplexed as to how you cannot see the evidence in front of your very eyes.
Wonder if Intel told him not use the R9 295X2 xD.
Or not.
Intel doesn't build graphics cards...if it was sponsored by Nvidia, then it would make sense
True, but amd makes cpu's. They can't let us know.
I don't think it was released at the time of production
I think after their... little fine they might be a bit more careful ;)
this helps a lot with my decision ....Thank You Linus...and Thank You for being honest.....you saved me a ton load of money.
the board has labels for the ram slots, like 1-a 1-b 1-c and 1-d then 2-a 2-b 2-c 2-d. if you use the number 1 slots, the memory bus is physically shorter than the number 2 slots so it is accessed faster.
So the software scans it in series? I thought it scans the second and fourth and then the first and third
This comments section has better graphics than this custom computer
It's in 13k
W
Ha...ha...ha... Veeeerry funny, *Trying my hardest not to laugh while being sarcastic*
And 2 years later in 2018 (almost 2019) still 13k comments
DonutEater 12k now
Wow my new build is almost identical to this one except that I have 16gb 2400mhz ram and i7 4790k. Its around 4000$ (a lot of modding including). But I actually focus on 1440p 144hz gaming!
IdoMuffin im asking myself the same question. But I heared its planned to release in mid-end of july. One more month to go!
Wow, things have progressed quite alot since this
Built my first PC with the help of this build guide, saved me from frying nearly $1,000 in hardware since I didn't know about the anti-static wristband before. It all turned out just fine, save for trying to use an i7 7700K on a Z170 board without an old CPU around to update the BIOS...
What i understand: Plug this there, unscrew this and put that there, plug this thing there, WIRES, WIRES, Perfection.
8:52 yet :)
SWEET GAMEPLAY FOOTAGE BRO
amazing video
Can I run Control Panel with a steady 20 fps?
Man, hearing Linus talk about six core CPUs as HEDT is kinda funny in 2019. We got AMD to thank for that. Something that hasn't changed is Linus's screwdriver.
riu_c got this video recommended again thanks CZcams and Linus said on one of his latest videos that the gears inside the screw driver has mechanically broke and is rendered unusable.
@@UrlOn2Wheels Oh no... that is very bad news... I've been watching LTT since mid 2013
Hey Linus, can you a updated version of this please! Also great video!
i loved that case
Could you make an Ultimate 4K build for 2017?
+Mateo Vasquez yeah with quad SLI please
+Dante hollow 4k effectively rules out SLI, because AMD are better at higher resolutions. You want Crossfire.
+Dante hollow why
+Christ J Dont buy amd now, wait for polaris at the end of summer. Im gonna upgrade my gpu then
+Samuel Kriikkula there's nothing wrong with amd if ur on budget, also upgrade to a 1070/1080
im from the future linus 4k monitors get completaly destroyed by 3440/1440 ultrawide monitors
Nick Karsten Hello, future. Tell me how to build the tech of the future so I can sell it and make ezpz $$$
SkillUp Gaming lmfao
Nick Karsten yup
Arguably true actually.
until now it was the best guide to build a CPU for high end gaming. thanks for making it...
thank you linus
"Intels least expensive 6 core cpu" ...dude, that things half a grand!
Exactly
Even at $500 it's still the cheapest intel 6 core
+Silicon But what about the 5820k, that thing retailed at $390 last time I checked. It's got 6 cores, albeit only 28 PCIe lanes
By bad, I didn't do my research, even the 6800K is cheaper than the one in the video at $440
+Silicon It's okay, we all make mistakes :)
LMAOOO THE VOICE CRACK AT 2:07
I can only dream. I really like your setup.
Superb!! Excellent video editing ,Anyway what is the video editing software which you have used??
The level of this production is outstanding guys, great job!
Also: 70$ for Hardline? Is EA so out of bad jokes that they decided to go with the worst?
Are you really suggesting it would be worth it? I spent 35€ on BF4 and regret it.
Oh, and "full campaign". You might want to rephrase that before the grammar nazis see your mistake. Other option would be you being serious which is even worse.
Its 2017 and I still think 144Hz on 1440p is better than 4k.
Bevan Jonsson it’s 2019 and that’s still the case
Watching this video is giving me some system build fever! Lol. Intel core i7 extreme edition was my last. Hoping to do a good build in the future 😊
My Favourite Build Guide From LTT
Can I play bigs rigs over the road racing on that?
Adam Dang You need 2 1080's in sli instead of the 780Ti's he used to get above 15 fps
But can I run file explorer at around 8FPS?
No you need to a better power source I suggest connecting it to your local nuclear energy power grid
+santiinme. Hahahahahahaha
Even that won't be enough unless you want to open only 1 tab.
i agree with santiinme .But DO NOT try to run minesweeper
NO
for me I bought a 49 inch LG 4k tv @60hz refresh for PC input for $1200 in 2014 since I was going to use it for tv/movie viewing and pc/xbox gaming which is a way better choice than a 4k pc monitor both for size and cost value. they are working on 120hz inputs or maybe even better by now so if you are considering upgrading to 4k this is a choice to think about, unless if space is a factor
Nice to know now 4K/60 and partially above now possible with single GPUs (not involving SLI or Crossfire). Quite nice to think about for a moment.

Can this handle minesweeper?
No.
minesweeper needs Intel Core i9 8970x @39Ghz ,32 cores,256GB of RAM,Geforce GTX TITAN 9 ULTRA 8 way sli,90TB SSD to run in 0.01 fps.If you want to run in 120fps,get a 128000 node of Xeon E19 (98th Gen) of supercomputer
Eugene Yau But the Titan 10 Ultra Ti just came out, get it instead. It is only $30,000 more then the Titan 9 Ultra non Ti.

+Sahil Dias you don't need antivirus just don't click wwww...Getavirushere.com

Atomic Mass but no internet security so...

Yeah, but don't go to a website that looks infested. It's not hard to see if a website will be shitting on your computer. That's not to mention, if you scan your computer regularly, it will detect any viruses that you have downloaded. I personally don't need Norton up my ass every 5 seconds telling me some website is untrusted.
Will this 50 dollar Pc run games at 1080p

I'm really curious to see Linus Tech Tips do a future safe budget build. Curious to see the components and what the price would come to. (By future safe I mean, being sure that the PC won't be obsolete in the next 3 years.)
It would've been a decent build with an i7 and a gtx 970 or 1070, not too hard really.
very good
How did it go with the EA Live chat? Did you get into the Hardline Beta?
Haha... You weren't supposed to be able to read that. I had to balance it being too much effort and it still looking good. Anyway, I got into the beta almost a week before my account got accepted via the signup so definitely a success.
Game's not worth the asking price though. $35? Absolutely. Anything more and you're just getting gouged for a minor mod.
Hahaha. I loved that little filler. Made me smile so thanks for including it. Hopefully Linus doesn't read this stuff so he doesn't know your filling his videos with random ramblings.
I agree with you about hard line though. Has been fun but just not different enough (yet it's still early) to justify buying it straight off the bat!
Dan Thomas I read all the comments...
Personally I think BF4 should have been pushed back several years and that they should have released BF2143 and BC3 first. I'm not a fan of what EA has been doing to the franchise lately =/.
Edzel Yago LinusTechTips oh crap we've been rumbled! Go easy on him Linus!
Will this run VHS or Beta?
hes such a amazing guy loved him
I miss these types of videos. The ending is way more appealing imo
