From cafeteria food to sex ed, Moore looks at the benefits of schooling in France, Finland and Slovenia. In Italy, he marvels at how workers enjoy reasonable hours and generous vacation time. Music is gone, art is gone, poetry is gone-what kind of an education system is that?
Private schools do not exist. We can only hope that one day it happens here in the US.
The only thing that matters in America is making as much money as possible. That’s the sad truth.
1:23 Well that explains a lot about American politics honestly.
They actually teach them what real life is about
Actually you can "shop" your children´s primary school (Elementary and junior high school) and we have some private schools too, that you need to pay money for your child to attend. But mainly all primary school - high school are free. We get couple of years ago new law that upper secondary schools are free for students, who continue their compulsory education in upper secondary schools.
Many cities/municipality have multiple primary education schools and schools are divided by districts or areas that tells what school is for your child. Parents can to application for changing school and school headmaster decide if they can give study place by application.
But sometimes parents decide to move to different address to ensure that their child can get to primary school they want.
I may not be from the USA but we have similar education. Great, now i wanna move to Finland ;w;
So I'm guessing the 2 dislikes on this are angry, badly educated, Americans
USA USA USA !!!!!
this educational problem is not something happening only in the USA; most of the American continent share the same joke of a system. Maybe Canada is the exception.
Believe it or not, our system in Canada is outright terrible. French classes are very poor, we work the same amount of hours, etc. But you are so right though. The grass is always greener somewhere else. We all have our challenges.
@@LeftytheGansterGremlin Believe it or not, if Canadian system is terrible, then the rest of the continent... I don't even know a word worse than terrible. Of course every nation has problems and challenges, not gonna argue that.
History and Geography too.
They never cited English : it's obvious
America does not teach students anything about the real world.
What a grotesque nightmare! One can't help but notice the complete and utter lack of diversity. Why did Michael fail to highlight that!?
What diversity ? Men and women are both teachers, gender doesn't matter one bit here. Ethnicity ? Maybe because 95% of the population is caucasians. There are other ethnicites as teachers in some schools but it is rare due to 95% of population being caucasian.
