What i noticed on their performance
Techno: he's the true mvp of these fights.
He dominated the left side of the arena on all of the rounds even the occasional 2vs3 that he fought along with burren. He made all rounds basically either a 2vs2 or a 2vs1 on the right side because he let us know that the left side is already defeated. If techno and burren were doubled and placed on both sides replacing dream and michael, you bet that they will win even way past 20 rounds.
Burren: he was basically covering the mid-left side and rushes all the enemies that techno didn't manage to kill because techno was always focusing on the high hp and backliner enemies. The killstealer that actually supports and matters a lot.
Michael: didn't really see much of his performance. I watched the whole thing. I believe that his role is similar to burren tho as he may be rushing in to mid immediately and taking out the escaped enemies that dream didn't kill.
Dream: he did very good during the first 5 rounds and dominated the right side similar to techno. In round 6 however, he made a mistake by being slightly slower than pete and got scared of his pots so he allowed them to rush mid. Michael did good by rushing in immediately but without dream's support and lack of damage to the enemies he died. Dream was too far back and left side was fighting so that's why they lost. He made a redemption arc round 7 onwards and had an excellent performance even in round 8 where he died. He made them low hp enough for michael to kill them both but techno yoinked it.
In round 9, michael rushed in mid immediately and onto the left side. Dream did his tactic but he was way too close to the enemies' side and let one escaped with full health. Michael wasn't there so they almost lost because of that. They should've done the normal route and pressured the enemies as there are 3 of them in the right side.
Techno is good against one very tough enemy and a crowd of enemies, dream is good against one specific enemy and maneuvering/baiting. It'll be a hard 1vs1 for each side. Personally, techno has more experience with these types of enemies as he has been competitive for a long time so techno has better advantage.

This is really well analyzed and I agree, Techno would have the better advantage during these types of games because of his experience in Hypixel. Both Dream and Techno are incredible players but if you look at the types of games they've played there is a clear distinction between the two.
Dream has a more survival based attitude due to the manhunt videos that he creates, where often in them he only kills the hunters if he is absolutely confident that he can execute them. Otherwise every single one of his actions are based on the idea of just surviving.
Techno however, from playing skywars, bedwars, and potato farming (trust me on this one), his focus is nearly always on either flat out destroying his opponent or completely outplay them in order to kill them.
Just giving it a little thought, it can be said that their differences are just based around the different focuses that both have when playing minecraft.
notice how techno doesn't even shake his cursor that much, unlike other CZcamsrs that go into seizure mode when they pvp.

It's probably because of techno's mouse sensibility (and even for the game sensibility). Normally people good at PvP try to find the perfect sensibility so that they wouldn't shake too much. If your visual is shaking, it means either you have a high sensibility, or it's simply not your ideal sensibility

tbh this whole team as a whole was honestly dream's most fitting and needed team . Dream has always been a very extremely competitive player,.,., he constantly gets bitter when things dont go his way,., and is always sucked into the competition. there is nothing wrong with that!! we all admire dream's thrive in gaming and love watchimg him do his shit :DD however,., we rarely get to see dream loosen up in a competition, simply have fun and just vibe with the game; this is where techno comes in. techno, although playfully competitive aswell, has always been a carefree player in tournaments. yes,, we do see techno let the competition fright and shit get to him at times,.,. But hes always vibed and went w the flow in competitions. even w/ our go lucky burren and michael carrying and lifting the mood w their absolute ss tier happy vibes,.,. The whole contest that time felt like a simple multiplayer gameplay made all jus for fun. this team was absolutely refreshing for dream to be in maaaan
Well techno just acts that way naturally, a normal person would try to act competitive simply because this isn't just some friendly sky wars game, this is the MCC and people that play, practice, and train alot for it so you kind of have to get in a competitive type mood. Also dream doesn't get that bitter sure he might blame himself for it or get a little tense but he does not freak out about it and always acts like a good sport. However, you are right though, sometimes people that participate in the MCC , even dream, can get a little sweaty and the point of the games is not to win but have fun.
Tl;dr
I think that’s a pretty harsh way of describing how he reacts to things not going his way. The only time I’ve ever seen him rage is when he got electrocuted everytime he took damage and when George kept killing him before he could set his spawn point which are both understandably infuriating. In these competitions or duels he usually just laughs it off in disappointment of himself like Mcc or Technoblade vs Dream
@@billy6678 I mean the dream vs techno didnt techno still shared the 100k with dream gave him half techno isn’t really a bad dude which is disappointing how the dream stans started acting when dream lost and although techno sounds refreshed and calmed he does tend to get tense he has adhd so I guess that sometimes helps him a bit techno is a pvp god while dream is a speed runner dream is good but all techno plays IS pvp I would’ve been disappointed if techno lost to dream when all techno does is pvp while dream mostly plays survival and does speed runs they have different specialties

Techno is better than Dream in potion throwing and shooting with crossbow, due to his calmness and strong confidence in decision making: he does no unnecessary moves using these devices. But Dream is definitely better in melee and is much more flexible than Technoblade, due to his both insane PvP (1.9+) and space-adaptation skills: just look how he flies through the map. Both of them performed great movement here, impossible to not to mention

i mean that's his strategy, doing insane damage with the instant damage potion + crossbow and defend the bridge's left side. while he's reloading his crossbow, his teammate will do the clean up. techno needs to be alive cause he have the crossbow, in case an 1v1 happened.
X MIPA 5 Rafizan Muhammad Syawalazmi his strategy was to damage potion them then 1 tap the enemy. But burren was the one killing them instead. Idk if u get points for damage but techno would have gotten a lot of more points.

The thing is here, most of the enemies are having a hard time doing crits, or they really just don't know how to time it, or maybe they really just don't know. Bc I feel like that's how some of them lost, Pink had lots of good crits on them ✋🏻

Teet Nus imo, Quig is better than both Techno and Dream in PvP. He had some pretty bad lag issues through the event and his stream even crashed
