Hi Claire , just watched your video and is very inspiring, Iâve been on plan for few months now have lost 2 & half stone, not been easy having had a big birthday in may , but got back on plan eventually. Iâm going to make the rice pudding not tried this before thank you for sharing, little tip I Air fry my chickpeas with seasoning, have as a snack or add to salads , good luck on your journey xx

Iâve just lost my mojo with SW. I live alone and suffer from depression and M.E. I struggle with making meals, I just canât be bothered cooking for one or I just canât think what to make for my dinner at night. I have good food in the house but I usually end up eating apples and yoghurts (1/2 syn each). Iâve also started having treats which I know I shouldnât but Iâm an emotional eater. Sorry for the moan. Itâs so difficult when you lose your mojo đ I do feel you that has absolutely been me recently and I too am an emotional eater I eat when Iâm happy , sad , annoyed you name the emotion Iâll eat it đ€Šđ»ââïž I get home cooking for one if I wasnât cooking for the others there are a lot of fights I wouldnât bother but actually in other ways it would make my life so much easier đ just putting some ideas there sir fry would be my go to , jacket potatoâs , make a Spag Bol or lasagne and freeze 3 of the 4 portions so it starts to cut down the amount of nights you have to cook going forward , also have you tried the slimming world meals at Iceland I think they really are good enough to have as a satisfying evening meal, plus take the thinking out of it you just have to choose and ping x hope you have a good week C x
Yes it's hard when you have lost your mojo we've been like that for a few weeks if you want a moan you have one we all go through it but I'm the same least little thing throws me off it but we've been getting them SW frozen meals and we've been enjoying them but if you feel you want a natter I will be here for you take care xxxxđ€đ€đ€
Great vlog Claire your meals always look lovely the tub of cheese is on offer in Iceland my hubby told me to tell you đđđ my little shopper we have lost our way a bit but we are getting back on it we have to for are cruise next year we have been using the SW frozen meals for our evening meals we like the beef lasagne and the cauli and pasta one but we have been sharing them and had it with them Iceland kebabs they are nice anyway I'll get off I'm waffling đđđ take care and thank-you for sharing catch ya soon đââïžđđ„°xxxx

I really admire how transparent you are about how your journeys going, I find it so refreshing. Even now that I'm trying to lose a tiny bit more (getting to 10st would be nice but I don't think I've been that since I was about 15) but mostly maintaining I'm loading up my plate with pickles almost every meal, I started doing 7 days of meals TikToks and one of them I realised I'd had pickles almost every day đ I don't know whether to be embarrassed about that or not, I hope your week goes great x
Hey Heather absolutely donât be embarrassed I love a pickle too đ whatâs your TikTok id love to follow x so nice when you get near your target I sometimes aim for 11/11.5 but in reality between 11.5/under 12 Iâm happy the lower of the two would be my pre 20s weight too đ
Iâve just joined slimming world, did it before lockdown and done really well . Iâm now in right headspace to start again . Really glad Iâve found your channel you have some great recipes I do tend to over think and get a bit lost with meals . My weigh in is also a weds so be good to follow you đ

Iâve lost my mojo too. I think we all do. I got into drinking wine every night so that needs to change. Itâs so easy to just do. It looks like you had a fab holiday đâ€
the sweet freedom syrups too. I have the chocolate one at the minute.
Iâve got the slimming world magazine too. I need to try some more recipes. That lasagne looks delicious đ I really like our group, such a lovely bunch of people. I have to have a dressing too. I also love sweet chilli sauce. Meat is so expensive now. Itâs ridiculous. Asda used to be cheap too but not anymore. Xxxxx
Iâm really noticing the cost of food now I didnât so much but now Iâm constantly like that use to cost x and now itâs xxx the difference is massive! Just started watching again after my time off SW after foot operation , dont know how but stayed in target , body must use a lot of energy to heal
You might like the pink onions for your salad from aldi , they are in a jar

Hi Claire, I tried the slimming world kitchen box a couple of weeks ago. I was really impressed, they are big portions and i enjoyed cooking them. I have ordered another one to arrive Monday x

Hello Claire. Do hope you get your mojo back this week, itâs so frustrating when you canât get your head in the game. I make my rice pudding in the slow cooker, using 85g rice to 300ml of diet cream soda, then when itâs cooked I stir through flavoured yoghurt, thatâs optional itâs nice without too. No need to use hea., You might like to try it x Have a good week x

I have been doing slimming world for must of my life get to goal then put it all back on đą
Iâm trying something new at moment still SW and still go to group but iv down loaded the nutra check app and checking my calories intake a day to keep it under .
I think when SW say free food there not such a thing and feel but doing both maybe will get me a better result might be worth a try
Hey Joanne thank you âșïž yeah itâs always good to try new things isnât it? Free food by nature is lower in calories and fat but yes I know what you mean be interesting to see if your sw day and calorie counting days work out much different x
@@clairemariehoward well it was abit of a shock to be honest . Calorie counting is so much tougher
Tbh this is why I feel it wouldnât work for me , my sister is currently calorie counting and sheâs loving it !!!
@@clairemariehoward I think slimming world app should give you a break down on calories as well to look at sugar and fat in products
I love my group, we have a male leader called Drew he is amazing & the class is so friendly, i look forward to going. My 1st night i didnt wamt to br there i was in such a mood . Well here i am 3 stone 3 lbs down â€

Fabby video Claire, can I ask about the lasagne you made.... Did you cook the lasagne in the oven without the topping then add the cheesy topping towards the end? Thanks xx
Hey Sarah thank you âșïž yes I did because I was going out while it was in and last time I dried the cheese sauce out đ€Šđ»ââïž I think if I was home Iâd probably do the lasagne for 20 min without the sauce then 20 with sauce and cheese maybe đ€ Iâll try that next time đ

I use 25g of brown sugar & share the whole lot with my son George. 2.5 syns each â€
Yes absolutely use those syns and make it how you enjoy it đđŒ have you seen the cream soda idea below that sounds tasty đ đđŒ
