Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

Don't know the situation... I get Peta/County called on me a few times for having my dog chained up. Not illegal! And only chained up for no more than 3 hours While in town.. Then she is free to run while I am home and outside with her.. Also had them called on us when I was a Preteen for Starving our Dog on a regular basis. She ate like a Horse but had Hypertension and would Run it Off, wearing out 40yrds of Metal Cabling between the house and garage on a regular basis... New Owners also had them called on them when we were FORCED to Give her Up. So, If you don't know the situation....
Absolutely. It seems to be a common thyme with these videos. A lot of the deadbeats treat their dogs as well as they treat their property.
I feel sorry for any dog that’s treated like a thing, not a living animal that since domesticated, thrives on companionship. Worse are the ones tied up, no water. The owners that do that should have to experience the same.

I really hate seeing that poor dog tied up like that. When it rains, he will be tied in mud. No excuse for it. If you think so little of them that they spend their life outside tied to a chain, don’t get them. And who ties up a rooster? Ignorance. Really pisses me off.

The dog is probably tied for his own good, if he gets loose in the neighborhood and goes after someone, another dog or livestock someone will shoot him. He has a doghouse to get out of the weather. Those roosters are game roosters if they're loose and can get to each other they'll fight to the death.

Josh, you're working way too hard. Bring a 10' length of thinner chain with you (it will easily fit in a Harbor Freight plastic ammo box). Then, when you need to pull out a fence post, just wrap the chain around the offending post a couple/three times and hook it to the mule. The post will come out like it's greased.
You do an amazing job the way you handle bad talking people. As for for me I DONT have the mild temper to deal with such problem people.
You need to bring some dog bone briskets with you on these repo jobs!

Take a small chain and wrap it around post. Be sure to cross it over itself, then lift with your mule instead of your back. I have pulled a lot of them with the farm jack way, also.

I went to Winn Dixie for groceries and was gone 45 minutes. Someone called Animal Control on me for not having a shelter. I bought him a dog 🐕 lgloo but he never used it. The time spent was all recorded on the bus 🚌. Some people are nosey busybodies. They should mind their own business.
