Thanks again for the appreciation 🙏. Yes true it's just a gated society with some amenities like a small pool, indoor games, gym etc but it's also true that it doesn't have a park. But there is a park by GDA right at the entrance of the project. Hope it clears the picture!!!

In real estate commission is not fixed. So everybody want maximum commission....bcoz of this nature rates are not going to be down. This is my logic.

Hi Prop nation I visited the site few days back and I haven’t found any family shifted there. Infact i liked one of the flat in 1600 unit but still the work is going on can you tell me when they are going to offer posession so that i can plan accordingly. I found Car parkig space is very good and two side open flats that part is very impressive. I visited panchsheel pebble too but flats from inside are not that much impressive. What about maintenance and security??
Royce has offered the possession and the woodwork is allowed only after handover of the unit. When i last visited i think were 3 families who were almost shifted. You will get proper security and maintenance. As far as pebbles is concerned, i feel Panchsheel has lost its charm and a very good opportunity at pebbles. It could have become a landmark project in their portfolio but sadly they performed very poorly here.
