- Day 22 of our stretching and mobility challenge invites you to indulge in a deeply soothing 18-minute session focused on gentle lower back stretches, all done on the floor.
This session is carefully designed to provide your lower back with the care and attention it deserves. Through a series of serene stretches, you'll release tension and promote flexibility in your lower back, allowing you to feel rejuvenated and refreshed.

I recently started PT for arthritis in my lower back. I've added this to my PT playlist because it incorporates more than 75% of the exercises the therapist prescribed. This boomer is doing everything she can to stay bendy!

Feeling so bendy after 22 days of this challenge! I haven’t been able to sit cross legged for years due to knee issues after an injury and surgery, but I was able to do it today! Wow Chris.... I cannot tell you how much better I feel after doing this. My lower back pain is gone 😅😅. I am unfortunately a late adopter of mobility exercises, and have only started recently. This has been my miracle this week ..
my back had popped and I couldn’t even put my socks on … so no workouts this week at all other than gentle waking to warm up and this routine … every day … and it’s fixed it … today no pain full mobility in lower back .. thank you Chris so so much

I skipped a couple of days but will go back. I needed something for the hips and lower back after this weekends yard work and house work. Having one weak hamstring, while I wasn't jumping, was an imbalance for me and was feeling it today with your total body classes. This was my dessert tonight waiting for these stretches/mobility. Will be saved for my favorites.

This is my favorite now. My lower back is feeling bad today so I’ll probably skip both Monday workouts and just go for a walk. This stretched me though but I’m still not as BENDY as I’d like to be! Maybe I’ll do all my missed mobility challenges today! I have 5 I believe!

I love back stretches because my lower back is always tight. I did this one right after the Cardio Kickboxing and it was exceptional. What a great way to end a Cardio kickboxing segment. One of my favorite stretches.
