Michael Alig and Ernie Glam are back together again in The Pee-ew to bring you their special brand of political incorrectness and social satire. Each hysterical, action-packed episode features everyone's favorite ex-club kids pointing their fingers and giggling deviously at the ills of society--giving American Consumer and Celebrity culture a heavy dose of its own medicine. Are they Anarchists, Libertarians, the Illuminati? Whatever you decide, remember there are three things you must do each and every day: Eat! Sleep! Watch The Pee-ew!

Who the hell do Michael Alig and Ernie Glam think they are? Michael Alig spearheaded a countercultural youth movement based on the concept of the Warholian "anti-Celebrity" and became King of the Club Kids before inspiring the film Party Monster, starring Macaulay Culkin. He is currently painting masterpieces of artwork; working on his autobiography, Aligula; and creating SkroddleSquad: an online community of creative misfits and kooks infecting Popular Culture...One Freak at a Time. One of the original club kids, Ernie Glam is a journalist and irreverent talk show host by day, Underground clothing designer and stylist-to-the-stars by night; catch him - -if you can get past the red velvet ropes -- at the city's hottest nightclubs and parties.

I feel like I could have been gay for Michael. Damned, so much charm. I can't imagine what he was like younger, I'm sure the video taping and tv apparitions didn't give him justice, I'm sure he was that special...
Hahaha! The balloon in ernies face tho. Hahaha!
You guys need a little theme song for the beginning where the title comes up.
Requiem for a dream is a great movie... for a sad movie. If you want to see a movie where drugs goes fun, watch Fear and Loathing in Las Vagas
Really enjoying this project Michael, definitely keep it going. Though if you're looking for some ideas to discuss maybe I can offer some ideas.
1) What music do you remember being prominent at your nights at Limelight? There's a picture of you with Nina Hagen who is a goth counterculture figure, and a lot of the looks you guys did looked goth/macabre and punk/Bowie inspired. Club/Rave culture looked like more of underground community, did the music reflect that?
2) Now that you've been out of jail for a couple of months you've been able to explore 2014 style NYC. What changes have you noticed? Many people cite Guillani's administration as killing a lot of culture with his "quality of life policies." What old haunts of yours have you revisted that have changed?
3) In one interview I saw of you, you mentioned how Freeze incapaticated Angel with the handle of the hammer not the claw like in Party Monster. What other parts of Party Monster were exaggerated from the actual events? Also, did you ever get a chance to read JSJ's Disco Blood Bath? If you did, was there anything in there that was emblished about you? Seeing as how DBB was the basis of Party Monster.
*(This is the last one i swear lol but I heard Andy Warhol had a huge impact on you. Im a huge fan of Warhol's and the Factory along with the Velvet Underground, and i was just wondering if you could discuss his importance to you.)
Those are just some suggestions if youre ever stumped for topics. Like i said really enjoying this and learning more about you and your past/present. The club culture you were apart of doesn't exist anymore, and a lot of your fans are too young to remember it so it's cool learning about it from such a club figurehead as yourself. Take care, Ciao!
Requiem For A Dream is a great film. As for other movies I'd suggest Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas, Basketball Diaries, Trainspotting....I'm sure there are others that are escaping my memory
hahahahaha "did i miss that?!"
lol...I can't believe the balloons ended up there...hysterical !!

cute 'do Ernie
I think people like "Requiem For A Dream" because of the subject matter, and not so much for it's cinematic quality. That's how I thought Breaking Bad was gonna be before I seen it, but it turned out to be very funny and ironic.
Trainspotting is a much better movie than Requiem.
I hope those drug films didn't make u wanna use again. They definitely make me want some drugs no matter how grisly they try to make drug use :D
If you are going to review a movie review party monster. Requiem was depressing as hell.
Yes please review Party Monster!
In my opinion requim was a beautiful movie. Just pure utter beauty they glorify the drug just through the way they look and dress there all fucking beautiful. But it tends to get boring I guess watch trainspotting believe me
PLEASE post photos of you both with the balloon's on your Facebook sites. Also, Michael, I want to see you making some ART - OK? Just do it! Ernie - you too - make some ART; make a mess doing it, but just do it, OK?
There is a photo of Ernie Glam with the balloon on Facebook.
He already does art! Go to www.projectxarchive.com/shop.html or his Twitter. It's great :)
Thank you Jeanne Pompadour! Any other links to both Ernie Glam's (Author + ART!) and Michael Alig's (Author + ART) - I would love to see!
You're welcome..I think Ernie has some stuff on his Ebay page www.ebay.com/usr/ernielou?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 but if you look up their twitter feeds you will find most of it there. You don't have to have a Twitter account to look at their page just search Ernie Glam or Michael Alig Twitter and it will come up..all the best!
I agree, that movie was trash.
