For real. Encanto was the first thing that popped in my head
I watched the first episode and was immediately hooked. First of all I love Ki young's look. I've got a thing for socially awkward characters who get better with time. The show's cinematography is amazing as well. Woo hee definitely gives a very mature vibes to the show.

I know everybody is saying Korean Encanto but I feel it's more like The Incredibles with everyone thinking Jack-Jack doesn’t have any power cos he's a baby meanwhile he does, just like the lastborn girl here. Maybe it's a combination of both 🤷♀️
It wasn't that they thought he didn't have powers "because he was a baby," it was that both Dash and Violet were displaying their powers earlier. Jack-Jack was just a little bit of a late bloomer, that's all.
The Incredibles? I still think that this was more like Encanto because it was the only family gifted with superpower. In the incredible they're not the only one
@@Dolly-oh1mt True, but the Incredibles were mostly isolated in the first movie. With the exception of Frozone, they didn't keep much in touch with any of the other supers, which is why it was such a shock for Mr. Incredible when he found Buddy's database and discovered so many of his old friends were dead.

I love this show and I think I figured it out… the granddaughter I-na has mind control powers and I believe she made her mom drive off of the cliff to have her dad come back and save them vs having a poor substitute in the stuffed rabbit. That’s why she’s depressed and wishes she wasn’t born because she believes she’s to blame. She probably makes people not see her outside of the boy in her class who appears to be the only one who notices her and her dad who is barely sober but when he hears her name he sobers up and tries to be there for her. She doesn’t reveal her powers because she fears people will blame her for her mom’s death, since her grandma is obsessed with her coming into her powers.

It sounds more like they don't have powers but mental health problems, the mother can see the future but still loses money (gambling addict?), the sister that can fly might be s*icidal, the guy that travels to the past has a trauma that he can't recover from and so on and so on. I don't think they have super powers
