Hello everyone! :D Time to get festive!
This is my last cover for 2020 so I really wanted to do something that meant a lot to me. Banjo Kazooie is such an important game for me and every year I think about covering Freezeezy Peak for the holidays but since I already covered it... I always ended up doing new songs instead.
Freezeezy Peak was along the first videos I ever posted to the channel, 2013 is starting to be far now so I thought it was finally time to do it one last time with better mixing and video!
I went all out on the arrangement of this one! My original cover ended after one loop at around 2 minutes which is okay but this time around, I really wanted to make it special so that I'd be proud of the new arrangement for years to come. I really hope you guys will enjoy this one!
That's it for me this year though! That was 50 weeks of music in a row without skipping a single Saturday!! Thank you everyone so much for listening to my music in 2020, I wish you amazing holidays, and I'll see you again on January 9th!

Huge fan of the game and its music. I wasn't sure the guitar would capture the ice imagery--the game trains you to associate it with crisp, crystalline sounds like the xylophone. But you really breathe life into this score

Nothing wrong with redoing covers once you’ve gotten better! I see it more as preservation than anything else! Of course I always try to do new songs I never did before but from time to time I love remaking old stuff! :D

i just got my first electric guitar as a christmas present. i wanted this for a long time. however i cannot afford for guitar lessons! where should i begin? i basically dont know anything but i want to start immediately? any advice?
That's awesome you got a guitar!! I personally started with lessons to learn the basics and then continued on my own but I'm sure if you really push yourself you could learn with CZcams lesson series. I don't have any in particular to recommend though... :/
