One of the things I love about the places you go, is the fact that you don't just show us touristy places. Much as I love a good tourist trap, it's the real places that tug at my heart. Seeing the old world, mixed into the new, and the faces of such beautiful people going about their daily life, is such a great lesson! I have fallen in love with this wonderful country, and it's beautiful people.

I've been following Mark Wiens for quite a while and I just happened to see this video now. This one's such a very nice documentary of how beautiful Pakistani culture, people, and especially food are. I've got a friend from Pakistan and he somehow has shared with me about what's in Pakistan that the mainstream media has failed to show the world. I could say that Pakistan is such a beautiful country with beautiful people. It's just sad that idk why the media won't show much of that.

That all looks so delicious!! I love the simplicity of how they prepare their food but yet the flavors are so strong and delicious. In America we add way too much unnecessary seasonings and items to food and miss the realness!

As an Indian I always try to know more and more about all my neighbouring countries but Among all neighbouring countries I find Pakistan and its people are more related to us in terms of culture, food, language and even attitude and behaviour I have never met any Pakistani but I have read that Pakistani people are very generous, kind and always show great hospitality (mehmaan nawaazi) and after series of mark I also believe that Pakistani love their food and want people from all over the world including india to know about their food seriously great food and very humble people please if any Pakistani read this then please put your thoughts on this. Radicalism isn't an issue, no one's mob lynching innocent people in the streets for blasphemy, there are no blasts, a big chunk of wahabis and deobandis don't support Taliban theologically or don't believe in a radical interpretation of Islam, bin laden wasn't chilling in Pakistan, Taliban didn't take over sawat in 2009, northern Pakistan (despite being gorgeous) doesn't have no-go areas crowded by Taliban or Taliban supportive fractions and Pakistani army doesn't fund and provide assistance to terrorists activity in other countries including India.

I've been following Mark Wiens for quite a while and I just happened to see this video now.
This one's such a very nice documentary of how beautiful Pakistani culture, people, and especially food are.
I've got a friend from Pakistan and he somehow has shared with me about what's in Pakistan that the mainstream media has failed to show the world.
I could say that Pakistan is such a beautiful country with beautiful people. It's just sad that idk why the media won't show much of that.
