You gotta stop with these clean builds man, they're making me want to build a SS/fixie! This one's got me looking for parts FFS 😂 !
Damn! I'm like a fiend who can't get enough!!! This one was one hell of a clean build and a real sure shot! I really love the Paul cranks 💥
Love it. Super cool chainring. Thanks for another inspiring build!
Man, your videos just never get old!
Dreamy! The french connection with the Mavic/Look and subtle yellow!
Incredible job. I think this is one of my favourite of all your builds. Absolutely stunning result. 🔥
That bike for sure will get LOOKS
the Paul crankset damn I want it now
fabulous project. I love Look bikes. Impressive stunts too!
thanks!!🙏
Absolutely beautiful
That bike just screens style and taste 👌
Wow i love those old school LOOK frames! I remember saving hard for some early LOOK carbon forks to fit to my Peugeot team racing frame. Stem and bars Alu followed a year later. It cost an arm and leg in the early 1990's
That build is mighty fine. 👏
Now that build is out of this world.
Hell yeah, beautiful build!
almost bought that exact frame once, but couldn't justify the purchase. cool to see a full build.
This is awesome! I love Mavic ellipses they look so cool doood
I really would love to get hold of some Paul components cranks. They are beautiful. Also I was so close to picking up this frameset up a couple of years ago. I love what I’m riding now but seeing this just makes me think of the one that got away!
So nice and clean!!! I need one!!!
another clean build love it 😃
i can only imagine how this build is feel, smoot and tight
Love your vids, dude, always super satisfying
Wish you made more of your wacky videos too, like your conversions or fixed gear mtb
What a beauty!
Sick bb tool!
What a beauty, it must be such a pleasure to ride
Thats one lovely bike indeed😍
True dream build ! 🔥
Just noticed the crank ,sickkkkk
first time seeing that type of chainlink 👍
How do I like this more than just once! one of my dream bikes! Nice choice of parts too, funny how the parts are all first names 😆 Chris King, Thompson, Paul, Phil Wood. Very nice build and Inspo. thanks for the Vid!
Haha yeah so true! and thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it✌️
that sprocket is beautiful
Love those Paul components
Those cranks are sick!! I’m itching to build up a single speed again, I have mountain bikes and road bikes but a single speed is just so good to get on and ride. I was building up a really old Speedwell but there are issues with the coaster brake and it’s got an add number of spokes because of its age and nothing seems to match up so that one stalled out. I’d really like to do something with disc brakes though, so I’ll have to keep my eyes out for a frame.
very beauty bicicleta where the "less is more" 😉
Finally I see someone putting the bars the way. I've seen bikes with the handle bars put on backwards ant it's noticeable why ?
Superb chanel here! Greetings from good old Germany!
Thank you!! Hello from New Zealand ✌️
É um sonho de consumo 👏👏👏👍
Awesome!
Pura fineza!
Nice build! Curious as to why no grease on the bottom bracket?
recently got my on one with the chrome luggs
niiice! I really like that model
Baller bike!
Awesome build!💫💫💫💥
Thanks! One of my favourites for sure🙌
@@waveywheelies A lot of money,for sure!!🤣🤣🤣
Congratulations, bro..is beautiful!
8:01 YES. BMX Pedals.
Hey Mate your killing me with these builds. I rode a Mission fixed gear for years and jonesing for another. I have a 80’s Ross Adventurer and a 80’s Peugeot with that seamless welding!! Hmm which one to choose???
😮💨 I knew this build was going to be good once I seen that baller ChrisKing headset.
With the fish n chips too???🔥🔥🔥
Nice!
Hmmmm. Nice bike!
Whoa this is cool as heck! I've never really seen a steel look before so this is really interesting, and those cranks, looks very unique, are there any other chainrings available for that crank?
Not really anymore unfortunately. Paul components don’t sell them through their website. The cranks came with a 48t chainring and it was a bespoke 4 bolt mount. They are such lovely cranks though and the royal flush is such a head turner. They also had them in the circles which looked nice and is still available in small chainrings.
What an awesome build and amazing video. Do you have any links to these tools you use?
Cheers! I don’t sorry, what are you after? Happy to help
Muuuuuuuuiiito top 💯
Fantastic build ❤
can I ask the name of that song at 7:55? Awesome video
7:40 wow
New build!

Hello from Malaysia 🇲🇾
My fixie is Gray 🙏🏼
Hey 👋
tops
Can you do a se bike next?
Could you try making a fixie with a coaster hubs ?hahahah
do a leader volare
What’s your opinion on the best steel track framesets made with higher grade tubing(better than the standard 4130, stuff like reynolds 725 and such), that are lugged, have clearance for 32mm tires, and aren’t over $1000? I was going to buy a wabi special that cost around $725 for the frameset and they use reynolds 725 but apparently they aren’t true track geo and more of a mix of road and track geo
I know you asked for his opinion, not mine, but I really think the Soma Rush is what you’re looking for
@@benallgeier5932 Soma rush almost fits the bill, it really almost does but it’s tig welded and only has a lugged fork
That crank though…
I live in an area where no one sells fixed gears but i want to have my own bike what should i do?
7:41 🧙♂🧙♂🧙♂🧙♂
Literally my dream frame. Do they still make them?
Yessir, you can pickup the frameset for $700 on retrogression
How do you choose you parts?
Love the build. Except for nylon pedals and straps.
And the tires
I’m enjoying the bike so far czcams.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA My only real complaints are the brakes and the pedals. I feel like a bike designed for bigger people should have much larger pedals and more heavy duty brakes. I’ve only gotten two really good rides out of it, minimal downhill action, and the brakes feel like they’re already going out. A larger person has more momentum, so I think this wasn’t thought through very well. Also, I wear size 13-14 wide shoes. My feet cramp up on these pedals that are clearly made for smaller feet. Since I’m not a pro rider (and I don’t think many are who purchase this bike) I don’t think that the straps on the pedal are necessary at all. None of this takes away from the enjoyment I get from riding, however. I’ll just head to a bike shop to improve on a few things.
Man, you didn't grease the bottom bracket and cog threads.
hi, where you do find all the vintage bike parts? in in nz also. are these on trade me?
peace
-coby.
Hey! All over the place man, some stuff from overseas, trademe, marketplace etc ✌️are you after anything in particular?

Is this a women, men or unisex bike?

🔥🇵🇭👀🚴😀❤️
💛
Noo why straps🤢🤢 wheres the spd
First
Why spending so much money,on those boutique Thompson parts, especially, since there is zero benefits, except showing of, with the fancy brand stuff! And CK?
Zero benefits!! Nothing wrong with the Cane Creek for example!
And less music pls😔
Beautiful bike,do! 😊
