With a visibility under 50m like here, in Europe it is forbiden to drive at a speed higher than 50km/h, and must use at least cross lights, with fog light when equiped. But i don't understand why in this vid they are using emergency lights ?

There is no specific speed limit in such situations here in Pakistan,but as a safety measure, Motorways in Pakistan are closed for entry during dense fog. These are controlled - access motorways

It's a common practice here to turn on emergency lights in low visibility, so that the other drivers can see the vehicle and don't hit them.

@@roadsclouds I found it ironic to use emergency light but not crossing light for visibility, for example at 2:36 with the wagon R. But i understand the intent.
