This is often overlooked by many and in my experience I find that a lot of people still believe that there are no regulatory duties on a domestic landlord and that domestic properties are low risk so no actions are needed, changing their view is difficult even when it’s in black and white!
Good advice..but these companies who specialise in building inspections all tend to be clowns with zero education and experience. Making up things that they don't understand especially with commercial buildings. My experience is these guys are scaremongering and writing their own cheques . Most manufacturers of appliances such as heat Rae Sadia and ariston . Have automatic pasteurizing, ashp and the thermal stores do similar .
