It was supposed to be a private schedule which I probably believe would be without body guards and other stuff because even they need a break from having those body guards around them 24/7 like they are grown mens and people of their age won't have any bodyguards and since it was a private schedule I believe the reason sm didn't sent any bodyguards with them because they were thinking no one will know it and if there weren't any sasasengs it would have be completely private Ik sometimes sm lack for protecting the boys but I think they were just trying to give the boys personal space so that they would also feel like a normal person without having a managers or any body guards around

usually sasaengs got the information from the company itself. from what I've heard, among the staffs, there are like 1 or 2 (maybe more, idk) would leak the idols' personal info for MONEY. as you know, ssgs are mostly rich and loaded. so these info, will be sold to ssgs fans, and he/she will leak among the ssgs community, and eventually majority of the fans will somehow know about it.

I met a rock star once. The man stood in 20 degree (Fahrenheit) and signed autographs for an hour. We were the last people up and when my friends were done they said "Oh, you should get an autograph, too" and I said "no, let him get warm, he's been out here all night, I'm sure he wants to get home (or to his hotel, i don't know)" and the smile on his face was MORE than enough for me. He said "thank you" and I will always cherish that much more than an autograph. They're human. They should treat them like humans and not like toys that exist for their pleasure alone.

SM really needs to start identifying the people who do this and hit them with assault and stalking charges. One of these days one of the members is going to get seriously injured and it shouldn't come to that at all. I thought about this too when making this video - am I "consuming their content" if I included clips of the incident, even if I just used clips by reporters? However, the mobs were so large anyways, everyone already knows what happened. I decided it's better to talk about this rather than just "pretending they don't exist". Because if no one calls them out, they're even more unlikely to stop. I am/used to be a massive TVXQ fan, and their sasaengs were honestly *crazy*. Thank you for this. Their behavior is gang-like (kpop mafia?). They have their own code and abide, not by the wishes of their idols (oddly), but by their group(s). It has never been out of love for the idols, cannot be. Love does not bring harm in any form. I don't think the industry has ever been able to address this, possibly don't know where to start, unless they retain bodyguard for idols at all times? That in itself will also feel terribly intrusive. The saesangs effectively take away an idols' sense of freedom and safety. How is this different from torture in prisons? And yet our idols still have to entertain us and be happy while doing so. Although I certainly don't have a solution to this, I feel that the rest of us can apply ourselves in positive ways to send love to our idols. To be even more conscientious about it without enpowering saesangs with the attention they crave. To see Renjun and Jisung separated from Haechan and the way they were shoved...Regardless of their stature as idols, they are still young and to pound their psyche with this type of treatment is horribly inhuman. I can only hope the rest of our voices will rise even stronger, to give our idols absolute reassurance that there are those of us who respect and appreciate them. They can lean on us because we have always been here and will walk with them till the end.
i think it's hard for companies to come up with a clear distinction of which fansites/fans are sasaengs. they can't just sue anyone willy-nilly. also, if they are suing people (for example, people inside that company that sell idol's information, or sasaengs that have been proven to harm idols) for invasion of privacy, it must be behind closed doors and we can't know anything about it. call me foolish, but i trust in sm to do the right thing for their idols. surely, they have learned their lesson. this is just my opinion though.
Like you said that these saesang must be struggling in their personal lives that's why they are like this but these people need to understand that to make their life better they cannot make some one else's night mare and sometime back i was also struggling a bit and that's why i got into kpop as earlier i was only a kdrama fan and nct and exo(i am an exol too) really helped me alot but i know not to cross the line and these people also should know that and for particularly for nct dream they should at least think they just became adults and can't act like an adult though they try their best and because of their young age they can be affected really bad.

Sasaengs were never fans in the first place. A true fan would want the best outcome for the members. A sasaeng invades their privacy and deteriorates their mental (and even physical) health just for their own satisfaction and to feed their own personal, messed up fantasy.

I’m so sorry. It used to happen to me all the time. I was easily traumatized and there was even a point where I couldn’t even be in a room with a man from fear. What I used to do is just call someone or pretend you are calling someone and tell them to pick you up. Another thing I used to do is just going into random shops without a lot of people. It’s also easy to loose a person by abruptly going into elevators, connecting stores, and bathrooms. If not, just walk into a crowd with a lot of people. I would hate for other people to experience what happened to me so I hope you can stay safe with some of these tips. 😭
I feel genuinely bad for them, imagine how stressful that is, all they wanted is to be idols, sing and perform, not those crazy insensitive people that claim to be fans but don't even take their well being into account. I've met sasaeng in the hotel lobby where a group of idols had a concert in my country. they carried a lot of stuff and camera. they also tried to find the idols room. idk this group was stay in that hotel until i met this sasaeng. this 2 girl are so creepy ngl. fact: i'm not a fan of this group, so idk any info about them. all i know is they're having concert 2nd fact: i was there to met my friend's cousin who stay in that hotel too

those are private schedules, esp the recent dreamies airport mobbing, haechan mentioned on Bubble that it was their day off and the three of them went to jeju island to literally take a (well deserved) break (esp aft they worked so hard during this dream promotion period) so its understandable why there was no staff. I used to be stalked by one person. He took my pictures, knowing everywhere I go and sending a lot of msg. Even that one person annoyed me so much and make my life like hell, I can't imagine being stalked by multiple sasaeng. And it feel so bad bec they can't even complain about it since the fans are the source of income.

Not able to step a foot outside of your home. Not able to find peace in your own home. Sasaengs and everyone involved make me absolutely sick. These people seriously need punishment and psychological treatment, restraining orders, jail time, the works. usually sasaengs got the information from the company itself. from what I've heard, among the staffs, there are like 1 or 2 (maybe more, idk) would leak the idols' personal info for MONEY. as you know, ssgs are mostly rich and loaded. so these info, will be sold to ssgs fans, and he/she will leak among the ssgs community, and eventually majority of the fans will somehow know about it.

I met a rock star once. The man stood in 20 degree (Fahrenheit) and signed autographs for an hour. We were the last people up and when my friends were done they said "Oh, you should get an autograph, too" and I said "no, let him get warm, he's been out here all night, I'm sure he wants to get home (or to his hotel, i don't know)" and the smile on his face was MORE than enough for me. SM really needs to start identifying the people who do this and hit them with assault and stalking charges. Everyone says the best way to deal with sasaengs is to not consume any of their content. I thought about this too when making this video - am I "consuming their content" if I included clips of the incident, even if I just used clips by reporters? However, the mobs were so large anyways, everyone already knows what happened. I decided it's better to talk about this rather than just "pretending they don't exist".
Because if no one calls them out, they're even more unlikely to stop. I am/used to be a massive TVXQ fan, and their sasaengs were honestly *crazy*. But how do you resolve a problem if you don't address the roots of it? I saw an interview with an ex-saesang (czcams.com/video/DdErFN_rplU/video.html). It seems like quite a few become this obsessive because their lives in person are not going very well, and so the idols become their only way of happiness - so much so, they let their entire lives revolve around their idols as an escape. To a certain extent, it made me understand their way of thinking (even though I still strongly disagree); so I just want to put a phrase Doyoung said here: "You and me should both work hard at our own lives, and when you have free time, then you can spare some to love me." True happiness and fulfillment comes from within.

Thank you for this. Their behavior is gang-like (kpop mafia?). They have their own code and abide, not by the wishes of their idols (oddly), but by their group(s). It has never been out of love for the idols, cannot be. Love does not bring harm in any form. I don't think the industry has ever been able to address this, possibly don't know where to start, unless they retain bodyguard for idols at all times? That in itself will also feel terribly intrusive. The saesangs effectively take away an idols' sense of freedom and safety. How is this different from torture in prisons? And yet our idols still have to entertain us and be happy while doing so. Although I certainly don't have a solution to this, I feel that the rest of us can apply ourselves in positive ways to send love to our idols. To be even more conscientious about it without enpowering saesangs with the attention they crave. To see Renjun and Jisung separated from Haechan and the way they were shoved...Regardless of their stature as idols, they are still young and to pound their psyche with this type of treatment is horribly inhuman. I can only hope the rest of our voices will rise even stronger, to give our idols absolute reassurance that there are those of us who respect and appreciate them. They can lean on us because we have always been here and will walk with them till the end.
i think it's hard for companies to come up with a clear distinction of which fansites/fans are sasaengs. they can't just sue anyone willy-nilly. also, if they are suing people (for example, people inside that company that sell idol's information, or sasaengs that have been proven to harm idols) for invasion of privacy, it must be behind closed doors and we can't know anything about it. call me foolish, but i trust in sm to do the right thing for their idols. surely, they have learned their lesson. this is just my opinion though.
Like you said that these saesang must be struggling in their personal lives that's why they are like this but these people need to understand that to make their life better they cannot make some one else's night mare and sometime back i was also struggling a bit and that's why i got into kpop as earlier i was only a kdrama fan and nct and exo(i am an exol too) really helped me alot but i know not to cross the line and these people also should know that and for particularly for nct dream they should at least think they just became adults and can't act like an adult though they try their best and because of their young age they can be affected really bad.

I’m so sorry. It used to happen to me all the time. I was easily traumatized and there was even a point where I couldn’t even be in a room with a man from fear. What I used to do is just call someone or pretend you are calling someone and tell them to pick you up. Another thing I used to do is just going into random shops without a lot of people. It’s also easy to loose a person by abruptly going into elevators, connecting stores, and bathrooms. If not, just walk into a crowd with a lot of people. I would hate for other people to experience what happened to me so I hope you can stay safe with some of these tips. 😭

It’s seriously heartbreaking to think that these people work so hard every day and give everything they have and more to not only please their fans, but for themselves and their own image. These people seriously need punishment and psychological treatment, restraining orders, jail time, the works.
Just because people like our boys of NCT & WayV become popular/famous/well-known, it doesn’t mean that we should forget the most important thing about them, and that is their humanity. It's just so sad. They said this multiple times that they are scared because of sasaengs. Taeyong recently spoke up about sasaengs again on his ig live. he said he's scared and told those peoles to not do this but people really don't have any shame
