At that price supplier should be picking up and fixing or exchanging. Seven hundred pound a good seller should look after customer.

Yep same happened me took it back to dealer atleast 5 times before he eventually changed the carb tried to tell me i was tightening the fuel cap too tight and then said my fuel could be bad where i bought it the experience totally turned me off honda mowers for life

Ive got an issue with the exact same model. Stupidly, I left the fuel in over the winter and now when I start it, the engine dies after a minute.
I’ve drained the old fuel and put fresh fuel in. I’ve checked the cap and it’s ok. I take it the spark plug is fine as it starts up ok. Is my problem likely to be a blocked carb?
