Even if it isn’t, I think Ned will eventually figure out he has powers and since he knows Dr Strange, he’ll go talk to him about it. The one thing I don’t underestimate is why can’t Peter just go to the people he wanted to remember him and tell them he’s Spider-Man, like he can go tell Strange he’s Spidey, he can go tell the revenants of the Avengers he’s Spidey, it’s not as though anything’s stopping him.
