I just did the same type video on my channel and I basically went with the same windshield as you did. I had the harley 10 and 12 before settling on the Klockwerks 13.5
I put the klockwerks 13.5 light tint on mine. Fantastic wind protection and it does help keep wind off your hands. The dark tint looks great on your bike.

For the first time Harley has made a more stylish windshield than the aftermarket. The only issue is that Harley doesn't want to take on the liability of making a dark tinted windshield.

I agree with you about the 10" HD windshield. I really like the looks of it (and the fact that it bolts directly to the bike without needing the big "standoffs") but I want it to be in a dark smoke tint. I tried a demo version at a local HD dealership and thought it worked really well. Then I got my 12" Klockwerks about a week later. I can't really tell if Klockwerks does that much of a better job over the HD? So I'll be interested in hearing your opinion. As far as maximum wind protection goes... I think the 13.5" Klockwerks would be the way to go. I just can't decide if it is just too big for the bike?
I totally agree with everything you said. I am enjoying the KW 12in and it is the best combination of looks vs. function. I'm staying with the KW 12in. I rode my buddies 13.5 KW and it does give you more wind protection, but it is not a lot better, and it just looks too big for the bike to me.

After watching your video, I searched the Klock Werks website for this windshield. I could not find the "12 in Sport Flare " Could you just confirm which one you have here. In the "Sport Flare" they offer an 11" and then a 14". Then in the "Pro Touring Flare" they do offer the 12 inch.

Wouldn't you know it.... brand new bike and your changing the windscreen Its a CVO you would think Harley would have realized this issue... but NO! They are insane for the MSRP of this bike,,, and your changing parts already,,,
I understand, it's not for everyone. Some guys like to start with a base harley and fully customize it. I like the fact that most of the work has been done because I can just add the finishing touches and the specific things that I want customized to my height, weight, look, and riding style.

Bike looks amazing, I'm 5 "8 and would love a 8 or 10 inch, the stock windshield actually works great on my 24 RG, but would like a KW..

You can get the 12in Sport Flare or the 13.5 in pro-touring Flare. Make sure you are looking at 2024 Harley-Davidson Road Glide.

Yeah, I think some guys are changing the crash gaurds and adding lowers. I think the version limited and ultra version will come out next year.

Most tint shops won't do it because they say if you are riding in all weather conditions, it's only a matter of time before it starts to come off.
