170ml warm water
1tsp active dry yeast 3g
1tbsp white sugar 12g
1/4tsp salt 1.5g
all-purpose or bread flour 250g
1/4cup flour 35g
1/2tsp salt 3g
1/4tsp black pepper 0.58g
2tbsp olive oil 30g
3 green onion 30g
a pinch of baking soda(optional)

I buy frozen green onion pancakes from the Chinese store near me and I love them, I didn't know this is how they are made! Now I can try to make it. :)

Looks very similar to Paratha but maybe a with a softer more bread-like crumb. Have you ever tried slicing them in half like a Pita bread and using them to make a sandwich with by adding some filling to the inner sides (or even making an open face sandwich).
