I remember watching this series when it came out and was blown away by the amount of work and detail the goes on behind the scenes.
3 years on and Penrith are now entering their 4th Grand final chasing a 3 peat premiership

I remember seeing this episode come out in 2019 and didn't think anything of it because Penrith were pretty average at the time. But now I look back and I don't think anyone knew this would be the start of a dynasty, respect from a manly fan

I see a lot of clubs now building 'Centre's of Excellence' to try to replicate Penrith's success. But the reality is that it starts with strong leadership. Clubs have it all wrong.
