FYI: We are not professionals, and we don’t claim to be. This is what we found worked for our project. Yours may need a little different approach. We have just enough woodworking skill to make some basic furniture. Safety first!

I just love being able to customize items for my customers! Thanks for the awesome ideas!!
I absolutely love videos like this. Thanks again Garrett for the very informative instruction video and tips.. You two are the best. I have so many ideas now.
You guys read my mind. I was just thinking about ornaments.
And sometimes videos on Saturday :) GREAT VIDEO and tips. Ornaments are hot sellers. These would be great with your portable laser craft show set-up using the Xtool F1 and portable battery to personalize.
LOL! Sometimes Saturday. 😅 we had issues this week. This video was a precursor to next week's project, which is taking them mobile! 😂😂😂 you are reading our minds, Christian! Official! ~garrett
Nice video! Just a quick tip, I usually set them to fill when I line them up so I can see exactly what will show when I line up the layers. It also helps to see what colors might work together.
siete fantastici , bella coppia
OK, so your expertise in designing this has an inherent value not added to your cost. That's the cost of doing business in this market. We can never charge for experience , Your 22 minute video was amazing, and I know it wasn't just 22 minutes of your time! Your experience is invaluable. The ease in which you used Lightburn was splendiferous... Maybe a little too fast to follow for us mere mortals but nonetheless something to aspire to. Keep doing what you're doing!!
Rick, thank you so much for the great comment! I will try to slow down a bit, Kim usually keeps me in check. Thanks for watching, Rick! ~garrett
You guys are the best! Thank you so much.
Where do you get your 1/8" birch from? Thanks
Would have liked to have seen a close up of the finished product.
Yeah, totally forgot. We were filming with Covid. Garrett had a 104 fever.
Thanks for the videos, theyre helpful...I would enjoy them even more if Garrett stopped trying to be so gansta lol
Hello, if I have canvas and Adobe Illustrator, can I do it too?
Hey guys....are there 2 different lightburns for small wattage (Diode 20 watt) and large wattage lasers (CO2. 150 watt)?
cute
I liked the instructions but was very disappointed at the end when I never got to see the finished product.
Sorry! We weren't feeling well. We both had Covid while we will filming. ~garrett
Hi! I also love Canva! I made my ornament in Canva (free account for now) and imported it into lightburn. It ended up having a white square background. I thought it would be transparent. What did I do wrong? Thanks! Marie Wood
on my light burn the boolean assistant is grayed out? any help with this?
Do y'all ever use inkscape?
No... I have been using Illustrator for over 20years, so that's my go to. Can't Teach an Old Guy new tricks.... ~garrett
I designed mine months ago. I just haven't cut them yet. I need motivation.
You got this! Go For It! National Security Depends on it! Win One for the Gipper! Yeah, let's do it for our country, the red, white, and the blue. It's Uncle Sam who's asking, so your mother will approve. Did that work for motivation? I kinda slipped into some Grease at the end. ~garrett
I would love to buy your new signs for over the door. I tried to order but the shipping is more then the product. Can you email me the design for cutting it out to avoid shipping? I have a Xtool I just haven't learned how to use it. Do you do this? I buy a lot of patterns for quilting and such this way.
I don't understand why the use of Canva in this project? Just because you can? All of this is doable in Lightburn...in about 1/2 the time.. Not bashing just wondering why?
We used Canva to gather the clipart and designs. I don't know of a way to make pine trees, a Santa or fancy Merry Christmas in Lightburn. I also think it's easier to do some designing in full color, not just outlines. We should race!!! ~garrett
