Jemima, I live in Mid-Missouri, pretty much in the middle of the U.S. and most of the time I feel like Sacramento, California, where Tanya is, might as WELL be in another country, lol. The chances of me getting to visit her lovely city any time soon are very slim. But I agree that if I lived in Sacramento I would be at these events ALL the time!!!

HOLY MOTHER that Satsuma ware was fab , and the Red Victorian couch...so many Antiques , it boggles my Mind !!Especially the stall abotu 7 mins in ..that would be in an Antique SHOP if we could find it WAYYYYY better than any Flea Market here in New Zealand , but i figured we are such a small Country not so ,much made it's way over here waaaahahaaaaa sniff sniff x That Oriental piece of Furniture for $95??? @@LazyDIY-THRIFT I would have to build another room onto Our Tiny Cottage in the woods just to fit that Beauty in !! It is so small the Original owners built out 2 small cupboards off the dining room, we use one for Drinks cupboard and Candles/holders and the other has tiny shelves on the walls ..perfect for my Precious Tea sets, Glasses , Plates etc ...though I have lots more Tea sets on Bamboo shelf and Tea Trolley ...I have a slight obsssssession hahaha so probably best I don't live over there x
My nostalgic moment was seeing the Macrame, I haven't seen it in years. My mom used to do it as a hobby.

Hi Tanya (? spelling) thanks for the video, it's great. I just can't believe the size and amount of varied goods you have in the States. I live in Melbourne, Australia and l think the bottom has fallen out of the market for antiques, particularly furniture. Once we used to see "Antique" shops in every suburb, but not now. Even garage sales have dropped off, partly because of Covid. I collect Shelley china, you'd love my collection, but have slowed down now because l have run out of space. I am also a jeweller so l look out there too for nice stones and bits and pieces. In fact, l am wanting to have a fabulous cabochon in Sleeping Beauty turquoise, top colour with no stirations in the stone (black bits). I think if l was in the States, you'd be accompanied to these antique outlets by me. You are my kind of person. Oz sends love to America mate. Love Janice xx
