Metabox is cleaner that way. However it has no widgets for elementor and no loop like Jet does. Jet pretty much has everything.
With Crocoblock all inclusive, you're basically replacing ACF Pro (JetEngine) , Elementor Pro (Dynamic Theme Builder) and other plugins like ele custom skins (listings), acf front end form (jet profile builder). Basically an all in one solution with Crocoblock plugins.
All of these plugins are probably just as good. The only thing worth considering is whether it is good to invest in the ACF Pro version or buy something similar on Appsumo.
I think that Meta Box is the most comprehensive and professional plugin in this segment. I have used ACF and JetEngine in the past. Comparison of the most popular competitors JetEngine = 14 field types Tool Types = 20 field types ACF Pro = 30 field types Meta Box = 40 field types metabox.io generates the cleanest code of all tools. And if you want to create really big and fast websites with dynamic content, Metabox is definitely the best if not the (maybe) only choice. The only disadvantage Meta Box still has, is that the plugin is not compatible with all top plugin providers like WP All Import. But that's probably because Metabox was only used by programmers in the past and MetaBox only recently got a very nice visual interface.

You see things add on. and trust me i'm not just spewing out lies. For me as a marketer - Crocoblock's all in suite is what worked, not sure whats wrong with that. Meta Box does not offer an integrated search and filter feature of its own. There is a compatible FacetWP integrator addon, but pricing for this product is $249/yr for only 20 sites. I need a lot more which gets to be pretty exorbitant for what I'm offering. I'm not using Elementor for my project and I'm wondering since Meta Box is Gutenberg compatible that Jet Smart Filters might work with it?

Subtitles can not be translated Hello Paul, please deactivate in your video tutorial that the subtitles are not automatically displayed in English, but can also be displayed translated in other languages. I can not display the subtitles in German languages otherwise. Normally this works with all your other videos.
No, you don't "need" Meta Box. But if you want an alternative to JetEngine that has several features that JE doesn't currently have or you want a tool that doesn't rely on either Elementor or Gutenberg, MB may be s good option to look at.

Brilliant plugin but if you're gonna be writing your own block templates , might aswell use ACF, much more powerful imo

Search & Filter Pro is pretty inexpensive and works well.

For some reason I like working with MB a lot more than working with JetEngine.
Some tools just gel with us better than others do. :)
Meta Box AIO is the same as MB Core?
yes, it is. But, MB Core is for Core license (including 12 pro extensions), and Meta Box AIO is for Developer / Lifetime license (with full features)
