Me and the war Dept. Are just thinking about changing our MH.because of Grandkids,but rather than give our old one away I'd sooner keep it and rent it out...has anyone had experience of this ie. Insurance etc. Thanks in advance 😀

Yes the pushchair really helps both him and us, it means we can go much further and take him with us when out and about, we can’t wait for the new van either 😃

Your new van looks epic! We got offered stupidly low prices from dealers so we went with Motorhome Depot. Very happy with the service and price we sold it for 👍🏻
Some one else recommended them for selling our van . We probably just sell it private 🙏
Great video guys, love the choice of home you have chosen, plenty of room specious, especially with Zak growing up plenty of privacy to, the marks on the fabric could be covered, there’s a lady called Phoebe does mobile upholstery, Liam the terrible used her on his last video highly recommends her, if your buying outright maybe lower the price to pay for cushions to be done, just a thought, Chester is a great place spent many a days at the races with friends, was a blast, very historic aswell, can’t wait to see you vlog in your new home, exciting times, good luck stay safe ❤

Great content, the van you looked at looks good, the extra room would be great for you all, you did not say what they offered for your van, it would be nice to know what they are making on a deal, I think your idea of a private sale is the best idea, and your van is a popular model, so I would think it would sell well, you are an ex machanic, so you would be able to give it a good look over, I always worry about underneath, and corrosion, and any weld repairs that have been done.
They only offered 17 for ours and it’s worth a lot more, we know that but they knew we were going to say no I think but no bartering room on that figure they said. It would have been a lot of money to loose and we weren’t prepared to as we’re not daft 🤔😆

This is a genuine question. I am slightly confused regarding living in a motorhome as a lifestyle choice. Not so many years ago people who travelled more or less permanently on Britains roads were referred to as travellers, gypos, pykes,tinkers etc. However, over recent years the encompassing term now seems to be vanlifers. If anyone could point out the fundamental differences between the two lifestyle choices. Thank you.
Travelers/ gypsey’s etc are a travelling community it’s a lifestyle you are born or marry into. Vanlife is a choice you make by yourself 😊
Hope you're settling in now to full time van life and getting used to being "in each others company" 24/7 🙂.. I often wonder how that will work out.. On a plus note.. seeing you roaming round looking at the scenery and architecture is so nice and what it's all about
TBH Shaun we have got on a lot better than we thought with hardly any fallouts at all, the thing is if things do get a tad tense then it’s time for a little stroll on your own to gather your head again, we just love saying shall we go there today???yes why not!!

We love our little van he’s ace but sadly just purely not big enough for the four of us plus clobber!!! Zak has taken main buggy duty now, he loves pushing boo round!!

Single or double rear axle?
Thank you it’s a tag axle and is 5 ton and has a 1250kg payload , that’s one reason we went for this , so we can carry everything
Won’t a left hand drive put your insurance up?
Maybe sell the van and get a newer one end of the day the value of the left hand drive surely will be worth less than the one you have now? Come to sell who wants a lefty unless your touring Europe all the time

No not at all, the value of both vans is completely different as they are totally different vans at the end of the day 😊

@@KewiCampervan yes I think left hookers are slightly more on the insurance in the uk but as for resale they are just as easy as the right hand drives as we’ve have left hookers before so not fazed by it 😊
