Shabnam and Kush weren't really together or even married when he went with Stacey. Shabnam though angry that she was kept in dark about Arthur's daddy forgave Stacey as it wasn't really a betrayal

It was his own (and Stacey's) fault they were no longer together. You get what you deserve. I do not understand why many people support Stacey if she ruined other people's marriages and relationships without any remorse. And she obviously has no grip on her eldest daughter who fell pregnant at the age of 12. Plus each of her 3 children is from a different father. That clearly shows that she can not make any relationship long lasting.
