  • Spicy and very soft chicken leg meat oven-baked!
    You can have a satisfying dinner with just this menu
    Enjoy your meal with your loved ones and have a good time!
    Material
    Chicken leg meat (If it's 1400g, 4 people eat a lot)
    Milk
    bay leaf
    Sauce
    6 spoons of red pepper powder, 5 spoons of sugar, half a spoon of salt, 1/3 spoon of pepper, 1 and a half spoon of garlic,
    Half a spoon of ginger powder, 6 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of plum juice, 6 spoons of red pepper paste,
    One roll of olive oil, two spoons of starch syrup, and if something is lacking, it's all over again!
    1. Wash chicken leg meat in running water
    2. Remove the fat from the chicken leg
    (You can remove the skin according to your preference or not.)
    3. Soak the trimmed chicken in milk for more than 20 minutes to remove the smell
    4. Please make the sauce

    5. Rinse chicken leg meat in running water and drain with kitchen towel
    6. Add seasoning and 7 bay leaves to the drained chicken leg and mix
    7. Now place the seasoned chicken leg in the oven pan
    8. I'm going to bake it in a 200 degree oven for 40 minutes, so after 20 minutes, take it out and turn it upside down
    9. It's complete! Sprinkle parsley as decoration and set it up nicely

    종이호일 안 깔아도 되나용?

      오븐팬에 따라 다를수도 있지만 안깔으셔도 됩니다. 물이 조금 나와 달라붙지는 않아요! 온도가 높지 않은 이상 타지도 않고요 ㅎㅎ
