  • I am back after an unavoidable work sabbatical. The pressure is off, all deadlines met and I can breath a little again.
I have been working on things for Jolly Jam Journals in the background and have been teaching myself how to put together some digital designs. So now I am also on the lookout for old antique ephemera that I can use in future designs. Here is the start of my collection that I wanted to share. Oh my they are so beautiful! I just pour over the pages and old advertisements that take us to another era.
I hope you enjoy the video & it gives you some ideas & inspiration :)
I would love to hear some more ideas for videos you would like to see in the comments below. Lets all share and help out the crafting community 😀

Thanks Nat 😊 nice to be back into it again. I was watching one of your organisation videos early hours am (I was up way too late!) and my heart skipped a beat when I saw your Holly Hobby stuff.

So clever of you to create digitals. Something I am thinking of doing ...if I can actually learn to do them and work out what to use. Gorgeous books Kat. The covers are sooo awesome. 🙂

Thank you 😀 It was a huge learning curve but one foot after the other, some courses and lots of hours and I started to get there. I can see some journals being made out of a few of them.

Hi, I am in Sydney. I have just started to explore papercrafting. I do have an issue with printers. Are you able to recommend a printer. Please it's watch CZcams and get overwhelmed with wanting to try everything.

Printers are a very big topic :) I have 2 printers, one is a HP Officejet Pro 6960 that I purchased from Officeworks. I like the look of this for vintage style papers but you can't tea-dye them as the ink will run. When I opened my Etsy shop I purchased an OKI MC363 laser printer and I use that a lot. I will add it to my video list as this is a great topic and my printers are a few years old now. Thanks for your comment 😀

What a shame the junk project book lacks decent instructions.

It would have been great if they had included photos and step by step instructions but it has inspired me to start a little series using some ideas from the book. Stay tuned 😊 thanks for your comment x 🦋❤️🌺
