@eboniebo1367, get some lidocaine patches to put on your back every 12 hours. You might be able to get a doctor to prescribe muscle relaxers and lidocaine patches. The prescription lidocaine is 5 and the store brought without prescription can be 4. The biofeeze you have to put alot on for it to work. Def save bags… they have a lot of uses. Eboni for your back, when in the shower fix your flow so you can target where your back hurts and let hot as you can stand water beat down on that spot for as long as you can…kind of gently twist and turn to loosen your muscles while in there. It really helps.

I am trying dry February with my husband. We calmed down a lot with spending. Starting to do more salads, bake chicken and etc. Putting more time in at work. I had a lumbar sprain, I tried ibuprofen for the inflammation and Tylenol for the thumbing pain. Heating pad and ice pad alternating every couple hours. Feel better Eboni. Much love to you.

Love how he takes care of his family. Your back and my knees--they all acting up. I got some cream from Walgreens, its their brand for Arthritis pain relieving gel and I also bought some Tylenol arthritis which is 650 mgs. Your back is probably stress and not arthritis, but hopefully those two things might help.

Mrs. Eboni this is a old school remedy my grandmother shared with me back in the day when I was in the military and had all kinds of body aches. Girl get you some Epsom salt and put a cup in your bath along with your favorite bath wash and just sit and soak and do it everyday until start to see the difference I promise it works . And because you do a physical job you should do it once a week just to keep the muscles nice and relaxed. Also watch how you bend and lift.....hope this helps❤❤❤
For back pain try aleeve and bio freeze ointment. Also lay flat on your back until the muscle is no longer in flame and you will know that by the pain going away. Were a back brace when cleaning, also do heat pad for 10 mins then a cold pack for ten minutes before bed. If all else fail find you a good chiropractor.

Try tiger balm for your back pain. I heard you say before that you have HBP. Even anti-inflammatories can raise your blood pressure so I would try stretching and hot/cold compresses. You may need a realignment at the chiropractor ❤ That back pain is 😢

Have you looked into a ketogenic diet for Kaiden? I worked for a pediatric neurologist and we had a young patient who was having multiple seizures per day and the diet was really the last resort before brain surgery After being on the diet for two weeks his seizures stopped. It was like a miracle. This was 10 years ago. He is still on this diet and has been seizure free for ten years. Could be worth a shot.
