I been at it with flash for about 8 months now! It got easier! Still lots to learn and more creativity to try and adding more than 1 flash soon will be fun! Hoe is it going for you?
@@THECBRGUYSTUNTS I just tried it at a banquet. I left it on ETTL with compensation; it worked ok but I couldn’t figured out how to get certain results. I used the white card & flash pointing up since the walls and ceiling were dark.
Just remember to expose for your background first. Then go from there.
As the person stated below, expose for how you want the background to look and then add your flash. Start with your flash power in the middle and then adjust from there. Remember, you are the creator of your vision. Shoot in RAW and just have fun. Please do NOT use flash for the first time on a paying client. Practice first.

Prices vary based on where you live. I originally went with the average in my area, then raised my prices as I started to become better. So look up a prom photography service in your area, and find it super expensive and cheap. Base you price on the comparison of your work to theres
