2:40, I've never seen the Moore Street Health Centre from that angle before. You can see the layers of floors. This is cool. Brutalism aint for everybody, but I love that building.

It kind of is, but has opportunity.
If you choose where you go you can get some enjoyment out if it, including the natural landscapes
It aims to become more European (friendlier, active, more diversity, more affordable, organic) which links back to the original intent of the original Griffin plan which was modtly perfect even today
It is probably disappointing that change takes so long
