Kristen Bell Opens Up About Couples Therapy with Dax Shepard

- Kristen Bell divulged to guest host Chelsea Handler that at the beginning of the pandemic, she and husband Dax Shepard were "at each other’s throats." She discussed how they go to therapy separately to talk about each other openly, and that gives them the tools they need to get together at the end of the day as one unit. The star also talked who plays more of the alpha role in their house, and described how her dog Frank hits on her.

As a counseling trainee, I am absolutely obsessed with how Kristen openly speaks about therapy and explains it in such a great way for all people who think that you have to have something ‘wrong’ with you or your relationship in order to see a therapist. Love her ♥️
