    I have been looking, searching and deep diving for exactly this. Thanks so much! It is exactly what I've been needing. Now what I'd like to know next is how to apply this exact same traffic report to a specific url. I'm guessing it's fairly easy now that we have this report saved.

      Awesome, we're glad this was helpful!
      If you need to filter it for a specific URL, you can revise the filter on the report to include the Organic Social channel but also that specific landing page. You will need to remove the filter and re-create it since you can't (yet) edit filters on reports. Then you can save that as a new report in your library.

    This was a great video but I got lost at 5:41 when you came back to reports...your video GA4 loaded reports by Ssource/medium as opposed to Session default channel group..so I was stuck then. Not sure if i missed something?

      No, you didn't miss anything -- the traffic acquisition report title incorrect says by source/medium but the actual dimension that I'm showing in the report is the new channel group. Let me know where you need help and I'm happy to walk you through it!

    I am now trying to apply this to my G4. I am stuck at 1:50, my screen does not have the Admin tab at this point. I'm not sure where it iss hiding and how I can force it up. Guidance please. You just skimmed a bit fast there because of the screen change regarding thhee channel group. I do not have the settings wheel on the lower left either.

    Hey there, i just tried this method and added Pinterest as pr your guidance. However, Pinterest is still not reflecting in session source/medium. I see FB, Insta, Tiktok all visible, but not Pinterest.
    Can you suggest what to do?

    What combination of Match and condition lettering would be needed to capture / include CZcams please?

      You could use youtube.com or youtube as the source -- if you're using custom UTM parameters make sure to take those into consideration.

    Thanks for the video!! Shouldn't CZcams traffic have been automatically categorized as Organic Video? Also, wish these custom channels passed to Looker Studio!

      That's a great point - we set our CZcams traffic as social in our UTMs so that's why. If you click any of the links to our site in the description, you'll see our UTM configuration.
      And agreed -- hopefully these custom channels will make it to Looker Studio at some point. But in the meantime, you could use the CASE function in Looker Studio to do something similar.

    This doesnt work. GA4 has changed yet again and this video is outdated. The Filter options don't exist

      This video was recorded with an older version of the UI but all the same options still exist. Are you running into problems when you try to edit a report?
