More information would be helpful. What types of paints do you use? How did you apply the stencils. How long after painting did you remove the stencils.
I found it interesting that you did the entire cabinet at the same time. I was afraid of drips, so I did each side one at a time horizontally.
RUSTOLEUM 2X SPRAY PAINT, stencils were applied by hand with cab on it's side, maybe 30 minutes of drying before I pulled stencil
@@CaptNRetro Thanks for the quick reply. It would be nice to show both in your video for those of us who need step-by-step instructions. Pinball Pimp suggests no more than about 10 minutes after spraying to remove the stencils. If 30 minutes works for you, that is great.
@@TheHammer610 depends on many factors, mainly temp and humidity, I live in Atlanta so it gets steamy here.. I am by no way sponsored by them, and some of my videos have shown the whole process, some don't
Cool vid! Wondering though, how you're able to ensure perfect placement when applying the stencils vertically. Especially on the cabinet??? I'm currently in the base coat stage of my first cab resto, and don't wanna %$#& it up! I have the head and cabinet separated, so I plan on applying them horizontally, but curious to know how you got the registers to line up perfectly when the game is upright. Thanks!!
patience and skill...but also the stencils have registering marks built into them..little squares that you line up..super easy to do..good luck! and use Pinball Pimp Stencils!

how long did you wait before you removed the stencils
maybe an hour in between..it was a warm day and it dried quickly
