When I was that age I would be a little rough playing with makeup 😂. Now I treat my makeup products gently now as I learned how to take care of my makeup collection.
11 isn’t a “little kid”-you’re right that’s still too young for makeup-but that’s not too young to know how to treat products and items that don’t belong to you; also, I’d think her motor skills would be developed enough at this point to be able to know how to treat a packed powder product in such a way so that it’s not dug into and destroyed
I'm not usually quick on judging someone's parenting but you should seriously teach her the value of money and the respect for other's properties. she's 11, she's old enough

The Maybelline the final Ash in the lime green tube is the best mascara you will find on the market. I've been using it since the 90s or maybe the very late 80s. I have been looking for it ever since and I could not remember the name of it until I saw a tick tock or talking about it and it is her number one mascara.
I don’t know I don’t have kids, but isn’t 11 yo old enough to not destroy makeup like a simple “it’s expensive please don’t damage it.” would do the job
