  • Hello mga Kaibigan! A lot of you are requesting for me to show I prepared and deboned my bangus in my Relleno video, here it is! It is very easy, I know you can do it! Happy Cooking!

    Hindi ako nag li-leave ng comment usually, pero gusto ko lang talaga magpasalamat sayo. Business na talaga namin noon ang pagluluto nung mga bata pa kami, may maliit kaming carenderia noon. Saka nag ca-cater noon paminsan minsan sina Mama at Papa ko. Nung lumaki na kaming mga anak at nag karoon ng work at nag ibang bansa, pinatigil na namin sa pag tatrabaho parents namin. Last February umuwi ako ng Pinas para mag bakasyon, sadly inabot ako ng lockdown due to covid. Na-stranded ako sa pinas, at the same time walang income. Napanood namin ng Mama ko videos mo, nag decide kami gumawa ng Rellenong Bangus, sayo lang kami natuto, hindi kami marunong eh. Nag order kami spatula 3pcs.sa Lazada 🤣. Until now nandito pa din ako sa Pinas, mag 7 mons.na akong stranded, pero yung Relleno business namin, booming. Every week may gawa kaming 45 pcs. laging sold out yun. Nasabi ko sa Mama ko one time "Ma, mag leave ako ng comment dun sa uploader ng video, kung hindi dahil sa kanya, hindi tayo matututo, edi wala tayong business ngayon".       hello maam pareho po pla tyo maam dko matndaan bsta bgo ngkacovid ng ilang weeks nuon kinakabahqn pko pupunt sa palengke kc bka dko magawa. dhil k mam sa video nya nainspire ako at ngwa nmin. mqqm puede nyo din ilagay sa lumpia wrapper po pra puede pang snack. at ulam on the go kht nsa bayhe puede poh.

      @@annaaquino9951 depende po kung nasaang lugar kayo. Sa amin po sa Bataan, 240 pesos po ang benta namin. 650 - 700 grams po yun

    Thank you, Princess. Ngayon ko lang ito nakita kong paano magdebone ng bangus. Galing mo talaga ang dami ko nang natutunan sa iyo. Gagawa ako nito. Maraming bangus na mabibili ko sa Asian grocery dito sa Canada. Na- notice ng anak ko na ang sarap daw ng bbq ko ngayon. Sabi ko natutunan ko sa iyo. Thank you uli. God bless you always.

    My momskapampagan and the best cook ever in my opinion i regret not being able to have the same interest when i was growing up. My younger bro is the one who inherited the skill. Once in a while my brother would come to california and visit me and all he does while vacationing is invade my kitchen. Oh man he can whip up anything in seconds. He is really amazing. One day i watched him make relleno. Just watching what he did to bangus wore me oit already. Next thing i know that bangus turned into relleno. All prepared fried and served. 😆 i wad ecstatic ! I envy all great cooks.

    likod lang ng sandok ang katapat nyang pangsundot hindi na kailangang bumili at mas madali kung medyo bugbugin muna bago sundutin para pag nilaga aangat kusa ang mga tinik.. pero dami ko natutunan kay prinsesa ng kusina lalo sa pag sasangkutsa.. salamat ester

When I was at Qatar palibhasa hindi ako nagwowork nasa house lang, lagi kong pinapanood ang video mo, aaminin ko na marami akong natutunan sekreto sa paraan ng pagluluto mo, sana makapamasyal ako sa place niyo.     Salamat po for responding to our request on how to debone the milkfish. This video killed me laughing when you described how the fish having a hard time delivering the inner content. 😂🤣😂 This shows your versatility! U r an amazing Chef. By the way is that guyabano in the bamboo fruit plate? My favorite fruit. So green and huge! Thanks again Chef Princess. I hope I can do this without making holes on the skin.
