I am a Personal Trainer

A few years ago, I had a car accident, and thankfully God I was given a second chance in life. Since that moment my whole existence has never been the same. Now, I travel all around the world working as a Personal Trainer, Private Wellness Chef, Sports Physio and also as a Content Creator.
I will be sharing more about all the places I travel to, things I cook (and eat 😁) and of course, the lessons we can learn in this beautiful life no matter where we are.
