"In split range control and valve A open till 50%, valve B open from 50% - 100% How much valve B is open if the controller output is 57%? Is there any method or equation to calculate it?"

%opening valve B = (controller output - 50%) x 2

Thus if controller output is 57%, %opening valve B = (57% - 50%) x 2 = 14%

@@schoolofengineering1017 so valve A will be always fully open when Controller output more than 50% and valve B will be open 14% as per your calculations
So if controller output will be 20% then Valve A is 40% open and Valve B will be in 0% Am I right?
