When Beale left and we were 7 points behind we never thought we would have found a manager that could even get us challenging for the league but Phil did on his 1st Half Season!! So far he’s won us 1 cup and got a chance of another. Onwards and upwards next season 🇬🇧👍👍

We've never needed a win against celtic as bad as next week. If we can beat them and take the cup home it gives us something to take into next season, i think big phil, the club and us the fans need this.

I just finished reading Ibrox Noise's harsh, but fair enough conclusion, for the season. They even have a graph in the article about 90% needing binned. Have to agree with so much of what they're saying.
Definitely got the right man. Just not got the right players for his style of football. His main players in Belgium were wingers. The only winger we've had fit is Ross Mcausland and even he's just back fit. Wingers and a goalscorer are vital in thus transfer window. No more injury prone players
PC reality check. Talking and doing are very different. Sense also that some players are ok just being injured and taking longer to recover than others. First time he has started to question that aspect. We will need luck on our side for the final and a win will help bring players in also.

Big summer window inbound. Hopefully clears the decks and starts again. Only a few players i would keep. I think this sesson coming up will be about building for the future. Hopefully with a few new players realistically though he cant change a full team in one window. So its going to take time and alot of money. Unfortunately we dont have alot of money. I don’t like excuses and prefer to list facts. Celtic are a better team than us atm and overall deserved the title. However they have been controversially assisted with egregious refereeing decisions. Rangers injury issues have been devastating to our title challenge., especially to key forward players. The Motherwell loss at Ibrox which was again influenced to Rangers detriment by some woeful refereeing was the big turning point for me. The Dundee postponements were also a significant contributing factor. Failure to beat Celtic in any games was another major factor.
I just hope he brings in good for us
We will be better if those running things stop taking gambles with injury prone players, who have patterns and history of regular long days of injury.
Lundstrum.. didn't go into that tackle meaning to get sent off he scored an og.. went into that tackle hard to win the ball and get the team up for the fight and was 1/4 of a second from making excellent challenge he wants to stay says he loves it here but the club haven't offered him a good deal trying to get him on the cheap
Have to back the boss! I think he's done the best he can with 3 ex managers players. Just a shame that his first poor run of form came at the wrong end of the season. Needs to completely rebuild this squad root and stem.

Questions is did Clement know about the previous years of vicious circles of injuries before he joined or shortly after he joined 15th October 23, someone must have told him, but he didnt address it or take major action especially with the Januaury transfer window. Signing the 3 players wasn't enough and also failing to recall Haji and Lowry and getting shankland in. He should of been planning for the following season knowing we are 7 points behind with 5 players out with more injuries and suspensions to come. The ref bias is growing we will be getting more and more suspensions than any other team meaning player unavailability. We need numbers as well as quality.
Not really a challenge put up considering celtic were so poor. Won't get an easier chance to win the league. 4 games against them thus season with zero wins...miles from acceptable at Rangers. Massive investment from the board needed in the summer now.

I don’t want to be hard on Phillipe till he gets his own players, but he was in charge when we dropped the points against Motherwell,Dundee, and Ross County. The players we had should have been good enough to win. And we were dismal against Celtic , especially first half. He goes on too much about players not being able to play for 90 minutes.

His team changing is the problem ,mcausland only started playing against dundee when his mates were put on ,and leaving raskin ,sterling out of the midfield instead of dropping lunstrum and diamonde ,silva played in wrong position ,played sima in wrong position to suit silva s position ,dropped cantwell too many times and never plays two strikers ,but am no annoyed 😁
The questions being asked at Rangers press conferences are pure weak and it's always the same questions. Why didn't no-one ask him if he was still happy to be here, he looks exhausted and in imo doesny look like he wants to be here and I wouldny blame him!

If he loses the final with a similar performance as last Saturday, the men at the top have a huge decision to make. The worry is if the final is lost, you back him to rebuild the squad then if you lose at Celtic Park, that’ll be 5 games against them without victory. The pressure will be huge.

We don’t have a team fit enough. We need new players. Need to get them fit. They need to blend and get used t the league. All sounds familiar doesn’t it. Things will sound familiar come November with the board when we are looking for a new manager and tav apologises and tells us all the players are hurting. It happens every year.
Need to review performance staff input,medical staff, recruitment and an extra ...the nutritionists.

I don't think his tactics have been woeful. However there hasn't been major differences to our approach either. Everything's a little safe in how we set up. Maybe because he didn't want to overload players midway through a campaign. Hopefully that changes going forward. I agree on Lundstram, I do not want to see him again for us. Between his whole weather the storm attitude vs Celtic, and then the display that cost us the way it did. Only a mug would pick him. There is Raskin, Diomande, Maybe Sterling back as well as youths that have better energy, skills and legs.

I think they have downed tools several times because they put themsleves and individual needs first ahead of the club and honouring what wearing that badge means. That is why all the old guard in our backline and team have to go. I think they tell managers what they want to hear but run they dressing room. They kid managers on. They lift themsleves for a new man, then when they get fed up making the effort, they go back to wanting an easy life and fall into old patterns. They are getting big money, on deals they wouldn't get for their abilites elsehwere. They do enough to convince folk and rip a wage out the club while setting another manager up for failure. Whether I am right or wrong, they do down tools regardless of what comes out there mouth. They might work convince the manager in training and then they screw the manager on the field. I think they don't have the backbone, dedication or fire and courage on the field to be big successes with titles and when the manager comes down on them over not delivering, they go into their shell and old patterns. Which is why we are where we are, coupled with a board signing injury prone players, with poor records of injury.

strong and Kyogo / Maeda seem to have a jinx over the Rangers but having Jack Butland is a great asset for
the Rangers fantastic goalkeeper and Tavernier is always a danger so the final should be interesting and hard to call if both teams can field a strong team.
It’s a big 2 years for PC. He doesn’t want to lose #55 #56 to them. The last time they had more league titles was the 30’s. Big cup final, rebuild, CL qualifiers and first game at Celtic Park.

Right now I am of the position that as long as Phil doesn't pick Lundstram again and he clears the decks and rebuilds our defense completely and improves the team then I will be fully behind him. If he picks Lundstram, or we are still lining up defensively with another so called rebuild that includes pretty much the same serial failures like Tav, Goldson, and Souttar then at that point he would not be the man for me. As long as the old guard are gone and we truly get a new generation of heroes to buy into and be excited about then he will deserve full backing in my book. He will be the first manager to buck the trend and recognise the patterns for mentality and who have gotten previous managers sacked. If Phil has that wisdom, then he is the man. I truly hope so. I also hope this board stops bringing in and signing off on guys with poor injury histories or red flags like having regular injuries. Time for them to wise up.
