You should have checked the brake pads they had worn out the discs are scored and badly damaged it will be dangerous to drive. Discs and pads must be replaced or you will be in danger driving the van.
I suggest you jack it up again take the calipers off and the discs replace the pads and discs before you drive anywhere. You can push the brake pistons back in with a G clamp or such as that. I do that on my own car. I also do the pads and disc replacements every time the discs show wear and pads are worn. I regularly check the pads so as the brakes are always safe. If you can't stop properly you are in danger if you have to stop quickly.
You must be careful as you sprayed the discs with some penetrating spray and that will also soak into the pads and make it dangerous to drive. Suggest you look online and look at brake repairs by tradesmen and follow exactly what they do.
Really if you want to fix vehicles you need training or you may cause an accident and that would be bad for you and maybe others too. I only do this out of care and kindness. Please do this work safely and then there will be benefit not trouble.
I think they call this a Craigslist rebuild.

Getting penetrating oil on the rotor face and brake pads is not good! Inner tie rod boot is missing on the right side which would also mean that the tire rod is junk and needs to be replaced but you also need special tools to replace it. Needs rear brake shoes, pumping the drakes without the drum on blowing out the piston most likely ruined the piston. You did so many things wrong. As a mechanic for over 30 years military and dealerships and personally I can say you shouldn't be working on cars I pray that vehicle is not put back on the road someone will get killed!
