Hi, palm jaggery and coconut sugar have a low glycemic index, white sugar and honey have medium glycemic index, jaggery and brown sugar have a high glycemic index. Even though palm jaggery and coconut palm sugar have low glycemic index values they should be considered similar to White sugar as they are high in calories and carbohydrates.
