Kinda ironic especially since Ellen is very rude and self-titled offstage. Because I saw this video and it showed an article that said a worker for Ellen said that the show is like a military boot camp, Ellen's barking orders, getting angry at workers that do the smallest things wrong offstage, etc. She even went to the manager of this place that served Ellen food because one of the employees had a chipped nail.
Heard similar things about Ellen. Wonder if she could handle what she dishes out? I couldn't make a derogatory statement about gays but she can about Trump. And make jokes at other people's expense. ( understand why i used gays as a reference. The LGBT community made a sexual deviancy into something political to the extent that people fly flags supporting it). I think Ellen does have some good qualities but in general i think her world is all about her and her ideas and realities. The world according to Ellen.

Actually it’s completely fair for Ellen to decide who can and cannot be on the show she produces. She’s a comedienne not an unbiased news channel correspondent.
she does put out biased views a lot though, she remarks them unquestionably though, most people don't even know when's she spreading her bias, then fall into that idea thinking its common sense or shared opinions.
