i went to get the Equivalence Certificate. Things i feel like you should know/ process
1. The application must be submitted online. No offline form is available anymore (that's what they told me). After you submit the form, they'll check if the documents are correct. If it is they'll send you an email saying you're good to go and need to visit the location. If it's incomplete/wrong, i think they'll inform you about the documents you would need to add.
2. After you get the email, you will need to pay 1000/1500 according to ur board/requirement and do download the receipt. Then you will get your appointment slip ( doesn't have much value i think).
3. Print that receipt/voucher out along with the documents you've uploaded in the form. Do not forget to print your citizenship.
4. On the back of every photo copy, you are to write: "copied from original document " (i forgot the exact words, the officer there will tell you) along with your signature. USE BLACK PEN.
5. You will then submit the photocopies of the documents along with the voucher (I'm not sure about the voucher slip but I'd recommend you to take the slip along with it's photocopy) . I paid using esewa so i just printed out the receipt.
6. In next window, they call out ur name. This is where you will have to show the original documents as well.
Firstly, You are provided with ur photocopies of the documents along with the equivalence letter. You are to check that the details are correct. On the back of the equivalence letter, you are to fill in the details as required. Then submit the papers back to him. He'll check and compare them with the original documents.
If they are correct, you'll get the Equivalence certificate.
7. Highly recommended to go there only after you've received an email/notification saying you can come to the office now. Basically after your application has been accepted/verified online.
8. Make sure to take the original documents with you. Do not misplace/forget them there.
i thought it was actually gonna be a certificate certificate, like SEE certificate but it was just a letter 💀 and that's it. This was just my experience. May be different for different boards idk. Goodluck !!

My +2 TC, CC was submitted original to the College where i persuaded Bachelor right now i don't have original one, then how will i get Equivalent Certificate although I have all the original documents of my Bachelor's degree

You can submit the copy of the Transfer Certificate and Character certificate of your Bachelor level.
